Book 1 - Chapter 3: I need to earn energy stones!

A month has passed since Eric activated his cheat code system, but sadly, he was not able to use the system as he needed to earn energy stones first!

Yes, he needed energy stones to jumpstart the system. In order to create a world, he needed energy stones, in order to gain login points, he needed to have users or players to go inside the world he created, to gain energy points, he needed those users to gain experience points inside the world he created.

So, all in all, he must gain his energy stones to create his world first!

The problem was that he's only 5 years old and a few months away to be 6 years old. To get an allowance of energy stones, he must start learning cultivation art and in order to learn it, he must be 6 years old. That was the tradition in this world! If too young, the body won't be able to carry the burden of abundant energy. The most optimal age would be 6 years old and above.

This made Eric crazily think up plans to earn his own energy stones, so, he asked the system if he can cultivate already despite being a 5 year old kid. The system confirmed.

[HOST IS ABLE TO CULTIVATE]

That was the only thing Eric needed to know and with fast feet, he ran up to his mother begging her to let him cultivate already!

Fional was surprised by the sudden request of her child, Eric was asking her to have him start his cultivation early!

She was confused as well as dubious about his son's request. She was also scared that it will backfire if she let her son cultivate this early!

But Eric was so intense with his request that he even asked his father to have him cultivate already. The emperor was also surprised by his son's persistence in cultivating early than the norm. He looked at his ministers and the man beside him. They were also clueless about how to answer or give a solution to the imperial prince's request.

The emperor sighed and looked back to his son and asked, "If I let you, are you going to be responsible for any accidents that may occur? Such as damaging your body and never be able to cultivate?"

The emperor's gaze toward Eric was also serious.

Eric, looked back directly towards his father's eyes, it was full of resolution. "I will!" He answered with confidence.

"Hmm… and if you did, you know that I'll disown you, right?" The emperor added.

The people around him were also sweating hard on the father and son's conversation.

"I know!" Eric, again, answered simply.

"Hmmp! If you know then go ahead! I'll assign a teacher for you and he'll teach you our family's cultivation art and techniques! If you ever have an accident due to your body not able to take the energy, he will not be liable! You, on the other hand, will be banished from this palace and live as a normal citizen of my empire without any help from any member of this royal family!" The emperor coldly said.

"Yes!" Eric answered back and quickly turned his back to his father and walked out of the hall.

"What do you think? Father?" The emperor said.

The old man beside nodded, "Your son, my grandchild, is too impatient, but I can see in his eyes that he was confident. I don't know where he got that confidence from, but it's better to observe him closely. If his claim was right, then, despite only having a heavenly grade talent, his cultivation might result in a shocking one."

"Is that so? Then… " The emperor sighed and just remembered the back of his son when he walked out of his throne hall.

A few days after, a middle-aged-looking man came to Eric and Fiona's yard. This was Eric's teacher assigned to teach him the royal family's cultivation art and techniques.

He was welcomed by Fiona and cleared up the large yard for both Eric and the teacher.

The man, named Richard, said first, "Your imperial highness prince, I already knew the deal you made with his imperial majesty, but, do you really want to do this? You only need a few months to start and it would be much safer."

"Stop. Mr. Richard, I know what I am doing and I'm ready for the consequence. I already talked to my father, his imperial majesty and that's it!" Eric said.

"So… let's start!" Eric added.

Richard sighed and just started his first lesson with the prince.

In the other parts of the empire, Eric's siblings heard his acts in the imperial throne hall with their father and they were all laughing within themselves! One less competitor for the throne! Only 9 of them were left to fight for the imperial throne!
