Dahlia knew exactly where he was headed with that story. She had heard it before but the confirmation from him was rather nerve-wracking.
"Let me rephrase that question," Tobias stood up and walked back to Azriel's side, "Do you know 'who' my father is?"
Dahlia could see the anger in Azriel's eyes. She could tell he had also figured it out, the truth about the Xarbalte and who Tobias's father was.
"Paul Zeal Kyzer," Tobias confirmed their suspicions. "Funny, isn't it?" He began cackling like a madman, holding his stomach for support.
Dahlia could feel her world crumbling. Tobias had lost all sense of reasoning and now not just Zrkia but all the kingdoms were in danger if they couldn't stop him. As she was losing her mind over Tobias's display, she realized something. If Tobias is Paul's son... then could that mean...?
