The Jackson Twins

Makayla had enter a house with a couple of MGK are either playing games or just hanging out. She walk down to the basement of the small house of the rough streets of Chicago.

Once she had entered the basement, she sees Layla is laying back with a magazine on her as her feet is on the table.

And laying on the table is St. Michael Locket.

"A magazine? Quite old school, little sis." Makayla chuckled.

Layla pull the magazine off as she looks at her older twin sister.

"It's a classic. To us, this was our internet back in the 80's. We may not read textbooks but we have magazines as our Intel." Layla place the magazine down. "So what brings my little sister to come visit me?" Turns to her.

Makayla felt insulted. "No matter how many years may have passed for you, I'm still the older twin here."

"Eh." Shrugs it off.

"Well, I'm here to discuss if you got any convoys ripe for the stealing?" Layla is looking around to see nothing but guns and ammo, ready to be ship. "Are these the Chinese smuggling guns? Or Mexico?"

"Cuba." Layla got up then walk around with Makayla to examine the weapons. "Salem Witch, Maya Shark of the Bermuda Pirates had order for these the upcoming raid. I got the Texas branch to ready to sent down to El Salvador for another Salem Witch; Zoey Guevara, the Cortes of the Golden Conquest. Both of them are willingly to pay a pretty penny for these. You know the rule of an arms dealer; it's not who comes first, it's who can pay deeper for the good stuff."

"Right, but the convoys?" Makayla isn't impressed.

Layla is examining the weapons. "Right over there. In my desk. I should have some mark convoys on the map."

Makayla walk over the desk then look to see multiple convoys with a time sheet and the amount of money.

"You had been busy today, sis? There was a fight on your turf." Makayla is reading the amount but disappointed due to placement.

One to ten million each from New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington.

Reading that there's only a couple $500,000 for the smaller towns near Oztown, but realize that there's multiple convoys are making their way around the other smaller towns near Oztown. In total, $2,500,000.

"I might take the ones near Oztown, the $2,500,000."

"Sure. I thought Green was gonna rob some money for you?" Layla grabs a free gun as she's checking the scoops. "And as for that battle in my turf? I made the call on not to pursuit. The MGK wanted to get involve by gunning down the Magical Girl, but seeing how the Neo Brauns handle the mess, I managed to smuggled a few cheap guns down to some couple Reborn Witches around, trying to make a name for themselves."

"Well, my leader got herself the same Neo Brauns problem. Payment wise." Makayla sat at the client chair while Layla is drinking some beer as she's looking at shell casings.

"Oh." Layla looks at her then continue to examine some of her merch. "How much? I heard her outlandish payment. $50,000? $75,000?"

"Um... actually..." Makayla look nervous as she examine some of the MGK merch. "16 million."

Layla stop what she was doing then slowly turn to her. Put her merch down.

"She must be desperate on wanting that World War of hers, or perhaps wanting to prepared for her raid?" Layla offers Makayla a drink, but respectfully decline it. "Well 16 million seem so steep. So why that much?"

"Well since I'm black and Ollie is Jewish, it's a 5 million Demon charge." Makayla pull the trigger to check the click.

"They wouldn't make that much, I had seen some dealings from others, even lesser than your group. At least around 5 grand or so." Layla crack open the beer can to start drinking. "But a million?" Layla pull some weapon request from both Oksana Kozlov and Emma von Wolfgang, but decline both.

"But it does sound like she's paranoid about something."

"Paranoid sounds about right." Layla then look over to see her safe box that she place it behind the fire place.

Doesn't seem to be bothered by what Layla is doing, but she seem more confused on why she's going down there. "Why do I need loan? Because I remember how your dealings went down when there's the person doesn't meet up their end of the deal. So why give me money?"

"Money?" Layla looks back. "I'm not giving you any money, but I'm helping you out regardless. Something Wolfgang wanted, but I had to decline her for it. So I'm gonna take this chance on making sure my little sister is safe."

"I'm the big sister."

"Doesn't matter. As long you're safe since you're my only family left in this world." Layla present her some Wolfgang order sheet. "You may be out of my Magical Girl Killers, but you can still be useful on selling some guns. Wolfgang had order military grade assault rifles, pistols, sub-machine guns, and even a couple of RPGs."

Makayla looks at the sheets then the original price. "Huh?!" Present her the price of 1 million. "I had found out why she need 16 million, because you're overpricing again!"

"She's a damn Nazi, as much I want to make good business but I do have to draw the line somewhere. It's either the Neo Brauns or the Pure White Witches Guild I had to sell. And since Wolfgang is a Salem Witch or one of the 10 seats before the reorganization, she wanted to best product. So I had to jack up the prices for her. The Pure Whites had a 3 million offer. And both sides don't want to risk a Witch's War with my Guild."

Makayla feels uncomfortable with the dealings. "So why give me the weapons? Want me to sell them to her?"

"Not quite. It's more of a peace offering. There should be a crate of guns ready to go, I had them on stock for awhile. I can toss in a ten grenade boxes and five RPG cases. To secure your safety, and maybe Gardner since she did kicked all three of your asses when I met her."

"This is nice and all, but we'll be 15 million short, and including a successful convoy robberies, we still need $11,500,000. So this won't cover it, only a dent of it."

Layla is annoyed. "Then look are the orders that she made when she and Kozlov were here, asking me for weapons."

Makayla grab the sheets then realized that it is much more, alongside with the ones that Layla had offer to her; tank missiles; hollow point bullets; machine gun turrets; armored piercing bullets; explosive shells; grenade launchers; and EMPs.

"So much...!" Looking up at Layla. "And both of them wanted this?"

"They run a military operation, but unlike the actual military, they're not exactly well funded. So they're more independent. Self funded. And since I'm the only Witch's arm dealers, I had to make an example on pricing."

"Starting to see why she wanted a million." Looking at the price of one million. "Wait? EMPs? What are they planning on using those for?"

"I don't know, and I don't care. They didn't paid up so I decline them."

"And yet, a pirate and a conquistador managed to pay up front?" Makayla find it difficult on the sale.

Layla points at the two chests. "Paid in advanced. They paid up at least 15 million each for weapons. Shark had to use William Kidd's bank account, and other from Cortes hidden treasure. They have actual access with money, they didn't. So I'm only giving you this shipment as a way of a peace offering to her, in order to let you live."

Makayla is frustrated from the decision then made up her mind. "Fine. I'll take the box. And maybe a couple trackers?"

"Sure. I always put trackers in too." Layla point at the shelf.

Makayla grab a couple of trackers then look at the price of saying $500 each with compass.

Walking back to Layla to place down the order. "And can you ship it down to Oztown? I had been living there with Glinda and the rest."

"Alright then, but you're paying for shipping." Layla smiled.

Makayla pull out the shipping fee of an additional $150.

"And if you're planning on spicing up the deal, tell her that I can give her the remaining options from her original order." Layla got up then knock on the basement wall. "Order up!"

A couple of pitbulls came down then transform into humans.

Layla points at the stock case. "Oztown, Kansas." Look back at Makayla, "Where exactly do you live?"

"Around here." Makayla pull a memory orb then toss it to the pitbulls.

They nod and make their way out by teleport but perhaps somewhere near of Oztown, or most likely Kansas in general.

"So yeah. Just give me a phone call, and if you need the other stuff but there's a few delays since Shark and Guevara come first due to payment."

"Thank you, Layla. Hopefully this won't bite me in the ass." Getting up, then remembered. "By the way, do you have my Locket kills? Since I would love to keep those as a momento."

"Thank you for reminding me. I was gonna mail them to you, but didn't know where you live." Layla pulls out a belt of Magical Girl Lockets. "I was gonna give these to Gardner, but she was dismissed from the Coven Meeting early."

Makayla's Locket kills; 2 Mythological Lockets; 6 Apex Lockets; 5 Zodiac Lockets; and 1 unknown Locket.

"Thank you." Makayla goes upstairs. "Hopefully I see you again, Layla."

Walking through the front door with Maria looking scared as the MGK and Magical Girls are leaping around.

Enter the car then start driving away.

"So how was your talk?" She asked in Spanish.

Replying in Spanish, "It went well, but I do managed to get my kills. Also known as, our ammunition."

Layla is still in the basement then continue to sleep with her magazine over her face.
