The snake hissed louder, and the moment the purple lights were about to pierce into his body, he puffed out black air, and the thousand purple cuts were detonated. Not only that, Lin Yue realized that the snakes around her are starting to feel restless as they swam towards her, she knew they had probably received some orders from the big snake.

"Fuck you monster." She muttered, deciding to not hold back at all.

"Fire Realm!" The surroundings grew brighter and fire descends from heaven, striking the snakes.

Lin Yue felt herself drain in her instant as she felt dizzy from the sudden loss of so much Spiritual power at one time.

The big snake raised his neck slightly and this time around, the liquid formed into black arrows that went for her.

Goosebumps rise on her neck as she felt an overwhelming sense of danger and she quickly tried to dodge.

"Purple Barrier!"

Faint purple light surrounded her, the first batch of the black arrows melt and dropped into the sea of fire below but the last batch, no matter how much Lin Yue try to strengthen the barrier, two of them still went for her neck.

She leaned back slightly and wield Xuanyuan and successfully extinguish the two arrows, but one of them had dissolved into her neck, and still, the damn snake has spat even larger liquid this time around.

"Fire Thunder!" Lin Yue hurriedly tries to protect herself.

She mixed her thunder element with her fire element, creating a magenta attack of pure Qi.

The snake twisted its neck and then dash towards her, following his attack.

The second batch of the sticky liquid has just disappeared and now he was coming.

Lin Yue leaped off the tree and met it midair in the fire, she swung the sword fiercely for his neck but it made her clang sound.

"Damn it, this fucking snake got a body of metal!"

The snake hissed in pain, and this gave Lin Yue a heads-up as she concentrated on raining punches on the snake.

Suddenly, the snake twists its body and then swung its tail at her, causing her to groan as she was sent flying away, landing among the sea of fire she has set on the small snakes.

Thankfully, she can't be burned with it but she still felt hurt as she slammed against the dead ashes of the dead snakes.

The big snake naturally didn't let her have a rest as it crawled towards her and spat out another dark liquid, this time, there was even a hint of red in it.

Lin Yue instantly dodge it, ignoring the pain in her body, she stood up and raised the sword skyward, the snake didn't know this as it was overwhelmed by anger toward this small human, and the only thing he knew was the sharp tip of the sword that pierced deep into its throat.

It tries to struggle it off, causing Lin Yue to grit her teeth and try to stab deeper.

The dark snake then wobbled to the side as its gigantic head drooped in front of her.

Lin Yue released a sigh of relief and dropped her sword before shifting her body slightly so that the dead body of the snake wouldn't fall on her.

She felt extremely drained now.

She rested for a while before standing up, she removed her sword from the beast and took out a dagger, then she stabs the dagger into the beast's skull before digging in with her hand.

She took in deep breaths as she struggled to get the object out and after a while, she took out a black orb, it was the beast's core.

"So he has the dark element? I wonder what I will gain from his soul core." Lin Yue happily kept the core and even the snake's body, who knows, she might be able to sell it.

After taking her spoil of wars, she quickly finds her way out.

She didn't have a clear map of where she was going, she only knew that she was going. But on her way, she try to search for streams or lakes, maybe she could take a bath, and thankfully, God seems to hear her prayer as she heard the gurgling of water.

She smiles and her steps became quicker as she walked in the direction of the lake, but what she saw when she reached there left her mesmerized.
