A group of people stared at the spot where the Serpent People's Mothership had just been, but now there was nothing at all.

"Can we... send a reconnaissance drone to take a look? I think the planes should be able to fly now, right?"

Nate finally spoke up, having felt as if he were still dreaming since he left the medical bay.

The sensation of dreaming was overwhelmingly strong, and Nate was not the only one feeling that way.

But the current deadlock had to be broken, and it wasn't by any man, but by the Ark instead.

The Ark flew back, like a meteor, with a brightness and speed that slashed through the sky; before anyone even realized it had returned, it had already repositioned itself to hover in front of Ram.

It was just about ten meters away, and the people only felt a light breeze on their faces.
