"You know it's not my idea," Aries mumbled, sitting in front of Abel on the steed. They weren't moving fast as they just left the imperial palace.
"Well, darling. It's not my fault that you keep on falling in Conan's scheme." The side of his lips stretched into a devious grin, gazing down at her. "And because of that, I have a reason to skip my work and spend it with you. It's a win for me."
Aries wasn't even concealing her lack of enthusiasm for this date. Why would she? Abel never failed to find new ways how to get into her head. She could only anticipate what sort of surprise he had in store for her.
