Alina sat on a bed in the infirmary of Cotannia High School shocked at what she just witnessed and what she was told. I just saw someone do magic, magic! Alina thought to herself, magic doesn't exist, its fake, fantasy, not real! Alina couldn't rap her head around it. She continued to sit there in a daze, thinking, trying to make sense of it all, when a voice called to her.
"Alina, Alina!" Alina looked up to see Mrs. Dolly looking at Alina with a very concern look, "Are you okay, you look pale?" Alina couldn't help laugh at this remark, her sudden laughter shocked everyone around her. Alina looked at Mrs. Dolly, "May I ask for you name?" Mrs. Dolly was shocked at the sudden change, "You can call me Mrs. Dolly." "Well Mrs. Dolly, I am laughing because I am always pale. Always white as the snow itself," Alina made her statement with a big grin on her face.
Mrs. Dolly took one good look at Alina, Alina had long silver hair that went down to her knees, her skin was really as white as snow, and she had sky blue eyes. Mrs. Dolly looked at Alina who seemed to have finally calmed down and had a smile on her face, "May I ask you something, Mis. Alina?" Alina looked at Mrs. Dolly, "Sure, way not?"
"You are not from around here, are you, and you have never heard of Cotannia or magic?" Alina looked at Mrs. Dolly and her smiled disappeared, "That's right, but you have. Do you know how to get me back to where I came from, will I even be able to back go home?"
Mrs. Dolly has studied magic for years, but this is the first time she has ever met someone from another world. Mrs. Dolly took a look at Amaris, and as she did, she saw something, Amaris and Alina could be twins. Amaris has had skin that was complete black, her black hair that went down to her elbows, and her eye as dark as as the night sky, but besides these three details they were exactly identical. "Amaris, Alina, you are both coming with me to met the elder."
"Hold on, one second," Amaris held out her hand while the other rested on her hip, "I am not going anywhere with miss whitey over there," Amaris used the hand she held out to flip her hair before laying it by her side, "and the last time I saw the elder was when I was six, and I promised myself, I would never go see that old hag again. Got it."
Mrs. Dolly stood up, "Amaris, please come here," Mrs. Dolly grinned, "If you do, I will give you this limited-edition lip gloss," Mrs. Dolly held up a tube of shimmery pink tube of lip gloss. "Pink is not my style, but it is a limited-edition, so. Give me," Amaris walk over to Mrs. Dolly. As Amaris made her way over, Mrs. Dolly placed her free hand on Alina, and just as Amaris grabs the lip gloss Mrs. Dolly says, "Elder," and with a quick zap the two girls and Mrs. Dolly stood in front of the elder.
