"I cannot even give an explaination to why I feel so happy today, I am just so so..." Laura sighed, excitement danced around her eyes. 

"You are so happy that you even sigh now?" Brooke who just walked in asked. 

He moved towards her direction and stood facing her. He raised an amused brow while waiting for her to speak. 

"I don't know darling... It's just so so— it's been so long but now everything seems as if nothing really happened to me in the past..."

She paused and sighed again. This time, heavier than the previous. Brooke also sighed, he speechlessly pulled her into a tight hug. She snuggled into his chest and could hear the pounding of his heart clearly.
