Eden walked towards the vending machine to get a quick snack before she would be on her way towards the store to get some groceries.

"Luckily this one can give me my change," Eden said, slotting the bill into the vending machine for a quick snack. She selected a breakfast muffin for 5KRV and a cup of milk tea for an additional 3KRV.

"Gosh this looks so good," Eden said practically salivating over the breakfast meal. It was already 10:00 AM a whole three hours since she had woken up, she hadn't eaten any dinner the previous day either.

All in All Eden was starving.

She stood by the vending machine and waited for the rest of the change to fall out, so she could begin her task for the day.

It didn't long for her snack to come to her as she thought of repairing Timothy's toy car.

Finding the wood would be the hardest part, it was made from the same wood she recalled her father's table had.

The muffin rolled out on a tray, still warm from when the machine attendant's had stocked it that morning. The milk tea was next, coming out in a little disposable cup attached to the vending machine filled with snacks.

Eden collected the change from the pocket next to the machine and began eating her small breakfast. She bit into the breakfast muffin with relish, devouring it in an instant. With the tea in her hand she headed towards the door sipping it leisurely.

She greeted George on her way out and began her walk in the direction of the convenience store where she remembered passing by a crafts store.

The sun shined brightly over Down town Meadowlark as Eden walked down to the crafts store, she passed the small store where she had purchased her cleaning supplies and walked further down still drinking the hot milk tea.

"This is actually one of the best teas I've ever had," Eden mused. She crossed the street and found herself at the building she had been searching for.

Ernie's Crafts and More.

Eden downed the rest of her tea and tossed the cup in the trash can before stepping into the shop. Rows and rows of crafting materials greeted her at retail price. She knew if she intended to open a toy company or even just a small toy store, she would have to find suppliers to purchase wholesale from.

"Let's just see if they have the wood I'm looking for," she said.

----------

Eden walked through each aisle, searching and searching until she stopped at a section dedicated to wood and other sculpture crafting materials. A variety of wood met her, each with the price attached to the solid blocks she needed.

"Hmm?!" She hummed in excitement, running her fingers over the blocks of wood as she examined them. Eventually her finger stopped at a piece labeled Korvanian Oak. She pulled the toy out of her tote bag and compared the pieces of wood.

"The right one!" She said, taking the large chunk of wood out of the basket, she ran her hand over the side taking note of the bumpy texture that would need to be sanded away to get the smooth finish for the tires she wanted to carve.

The wood had surprisingly been the easiest part, it had been a while since Eden had carved any wood. Marshall Toys didn't often dabble in wooden toys but when they did it was more of an exclusive piece, decorative and commemorative.

"I think I vaguely recall the tools I need," Eden said, walking towards the section where she would get the wood carving tools.

"I just need a basic set along with some sand paper and I'll be-" She stopped, suddenly colliding with someone as she didn't watch where she was going.

"Excuse me," She said looking up to find the pale face of the man she had bumped into at the Portes building. She gasped at the sight of his dark eyes staring blankly at her.

"You," He said in smooth baritone. He seemed to recognize her, even if they had only met in passing when she had bumped into him.

Much like now.

"You're the one with the Minxy Bear, I wanted to fix it up for you," Eden blurted out awkwardly, "I'm a toy maker," She finished at the sight of his unimpressed look.

The man said nothing, standing there will a deadpan stare and tired eyes. Finally he spoke.

"You can fix it?" He said slowly.

Eden nodded.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out the mini teddy bear that was just as Eden remembered it. She held out her hands for the toy and he placed it gently in her hands. Eden cradled it to her chest as if she was holding a newborn.

The bear must have been precious to him if he carried it around everywhere. It was pretty worn out too, almost everything would need to be stitched back together and lucky for Eden, hand stitching happened to be her specialty.

"Do you want to exchange numbers so I can tell you when to pick it up?" Eden asked. She sensed the man before her wasn't much of a talker but it didn't matter all she needed was his name and phone number.

"Victor Eves," He said after she had stored the number in her phone.

Eden noticed him staring at her phone with an unreadable expression, she guessed it was pretty old compared to the sleek smartphone he held in his hand.

"Got it," Eden said lamely. He nodded and began walking away until she heard the store's door open. "That was really awkward, but I guess I have enough supplies back at the apartment to fix the bear,"

After getting her wood carving tools and sand paper she walked up to the cashier to pay for her good. On getting there she noticed a tall teenager manning the cash register.

Eden sighed and braced herself, teens were usually the worst when it came to poking fun at her weight. They had no manners and the world often let them go scott free with the excuse that they simply didn't know any better.

"Excuse me," Eden said placing her things on the table for the cashier to scan. "I would like to pay for these,"

Sorry I've been taking so long, I haven't been feeling well
