Rocket Town

They entered Mt. Nibel and three people of the group were quite tense because of their memories around there.

They fought some monsters and Aerith was slowly picking a side unconsciously as she was closer to Kieron than Zack when problems arrived.

They see the end of the path as from where they stood they could see the next city making Cloud say, "That must be Rocket Town."

"It is," says Yuffie as she was there once on her travel from Wutai to Junon.

"And we will find our last teammate there?" asks Tifa as John and Nesiara nod.

"Yes, he is a grumpy and bad-mouthed man, but he has a heart of gold," says Nesiara as John looked at her.

"He resembles you a bit just that you aren't grumpy and bad-mouthed. You are cold and calculative but you still have a heart of gold under that facade," says Nesiara as John couldn't really agree to that.

"I don't have a heart of gold," says John as Nesiara smiled knowing full well that he did even if he didn't believe it.

They traveled toward Rocket Town only to find Shinra troop around the place when Zack asks, "Do we storm the city?"

"No, we wait," says Cloud determined as suddenly Rufus and his dog leave the town.

They entered the Helicopter while talking to a man that was in a dark yellow suit with some resemblance to Corneo regarding his body when Nora asks, "Is that Corneo?"

"Corneo is dead. I killed him myself. He must be another person," says John as many looked surprised to hear that.

"When did you kill him?" asks Kieron as John looked at Aerith and sighs.

"I killed him when we were still in Midgar. I and another guy called Leslie followed him through the canalization. That's where we killed him with his little monsters," says Vincent as Aerith petted John's shoulder as if telling him not to worry about it.

The Helicopters flew away with most of the Shinra troops in them and the man in dark yellow was left behind by Rufus.

The man entered the town again with the remaining troops as Cloud says, "We should go now that Shinra has less manpower."

"Right behind you," says Tifa as they all walked towards Rocket Town.

Once inside the see just a little of Shinra's presence as Cloud asks, "Who are we looking for?"

"Like said before a grumpy and bad-mouthed man," says John as they entered further into town.

"Ya motherfucker, I'm selling shit to ya all. The Tiny Bronco stays here," says a man in his early thirty angrily to the man in the dark yellow suit as the group decides to hide in an alley.

"You will regret that Cid as well as you regret not pushing the button back then to start the Rocket," says the man in dark yellow as he left.

"Don't ever come again Palmer you fucking weasel," says Cid back to the man as he entered his house again.

"This doesn't look good," says a feminine voice behind the group.

"That's right, Shinra will do anything to get their hands on that Tiny Bronco that they mentioned," says Cloud as he didn't turn around because he didn't notice it wasn't someone from their group talking.

John and Nesiara on the other hand turned around to see a woman with glasses and a lab coat on. She has brown hair and eyes as she was holding her head.

"He really had to provoke Shinra now just because they don't want to shoot a Rocket into Space," says the woman as slowly more people turned around and she finds a sword near her neck all of a sudden.

"I haven't done anything," says the woman as she looked at the holder of the sword who was Zack.

"She must be working for Shinra," says Zack as normally all lab coat wearers work for Shinra.

"I worked for them until they canceled the Space Project. Now I live with Cid to recompensate him for what happened back then since his dream got shattered because I found a fault on the rocket that should have been send-off," says the woman as John holds the blade of Zack's sword and puts it away before he makes a mistake.

"If she was really with Shinra she could have yelled before when Shinra was around," says John as felt now a little guilty for not thinking about that and apologizes for scaring her.

"I'm sorry about my friend. I'm Cloud and those are my comrades...," says Cloud presenting everyone to the woman.

"I'm Shera. I'm something like Cid's babysitter," says Shera as she walked then past them and says, "We should inform Cid that Shinra won't give up on taking the Tiny Bronco."

"Will he trust us?" asks Cloud as Shera smiles.

"Not in the least. He might just get angry and swear around the house at you and me," says Shera as she walked towards the house.

She enters and hears, "That sucker can suck my dick if he thinks I will give up on the Tiny Bronco for Shinra."

"As I told you," says Shera as she looked at the group.

"I will stay outside since we are too many people," says John as he didn't want to enter because of his height.

"We will be right back," says Cloud as Nesiara smiled at John while they entered the house.

"Cid, I'm back," says Shera as Cid comes out of a room.

"Finally woman. Do you know what happened today? Fucking Shinra came to get my plane, MY PLANE," says Cid angry as he ignored his other guests.

"Cid, I brought company," says Shera as she pointed at the others.

"I can see that woman. Who are they?" asks Cid as the group looked at Nesiara to confirm if it was really that person they wanted to recruit making Cid say, "Why are you all looking at that woman. Did she fart or something."

Suddenly a ki ball passed Cid and crashed into the wall surprising Cid and Shera as a big hole was in the wall now when Nesiara says, "You shouldn't talk about a woman like that. It can end badly one day."

"What the fuck, you broke my house," says Cid when he looked at the wall. He walks towards the wall and takes a spear out and pointed it towards them.

"You gonna pay for that bitch," says Cid as he rushed at Nesiara only to find himself floating in the air without gravity.

"Didn't you want to be in space? It isn't easy to maneuver in it, is it," says Nesiara as Cid tried to swim towards them without success when Nesiara says, "You will need to learn that there are some words you shouldn't say in front of a woman even if Shera can tolerate them others won't."

"Let me down you-," says Cid when he suddenly was muted by Nesiara his mouth was still moving wildly spitting words out of his mouth but no one could hear him.

This went on until he was exhausted from swearing that long when Shera says, "I think that is enough don't you think so."

"I hope so," says Nesiara as she lets Cid fall to the ground not unmuting him as he began to rant again.

This made Shera chuckle from seeing that as she sees a helpless Cid in front of herself without hearing the angry tone that normally accompanied his words.

After his fit was over Nesiara unmutes him and asks, "Are you done with your swearing?"

"*breath in* I can *breath in* still *breath in* go on," says Cid exhausted from all the ranting when Shera pats his back.

"You should rest for now. How about we sit down in the kitchen just that we don't have that much place so how about Nesiara, Cloud and Tifa stay while the rest explores the town," says Shera as they agree to that as everyone else left the house.

John sees them come out and hears from them that three stayed behind to talk to Cid making John sit down again. Vincent stayed behind with him as he wanted to learn more from John. Zack left with Barret and Cait Sith while Nora left with Yuffie and Kieron.

Aerith was with Yui and Red XIII as they walked through the city when Yui says, "So you seem close to Kieron again."

"Was I really," says Aerith confused as she turned red because she might have done that unconsciously.

"You were," says Red XIII as he walked in front of them when he then says, "But what about you, Yui? You are quite close to Vincent lately even if he is pretty much anti-social to everyone except for John and you. He only says some words to everyone else while he talks in whole sentences to you and John."

"It might be because she entered his mind in the cave," says Aerith as Red XIII smiled at Yui now.

"It seems I and Cloud aren't the only ones with a partner after everything is over," says Red XIII as he looked at both before walking away making both young women blush from saying that before they tried to hunt him down.

In the meantime in front of the house, Vincent was teaching Vincent the basics of Ki as he didn't want to teach Vincent in the Demonic Arts until they were in the Time Chamber.

Vincent was making improvements quite fast. It could be because he is more mature than the rest of the group but he was still behind Yuffie's talent when John asks, "How is your relationship with everyone?"

"It's alright, I think. I never was good at making friends after what happened to me. I can try but sometimes it just doesn't work," says Vincent as John nods.

"Just try we all are after all a bunch of oddballs like you," says John as Vincent nods before returning to training.
