Arthur's Legacy

One day passed since John and Cid repaired the ship when John stand before it while saying, "I should be joining the other again."

"You should but remember to not enter Monstro's mouth again. This time he might not spit you out," says Cid as Vincent entered the ship.

He prepared everything when he then touches the Olympus on the display making the ship take flied towards the destination John selected.

In the meantime in the Coliseum, Sora was holding his second trophy in his hands showing off beside Donald and Goofy while Nesiara was clapping her hands from the spectator seats.

"That was easy wasn't it?" asks Sora as Donald and Goofy nod their head in agreement.

"Don't get ahead of yourself or you might fall from your horse," says Nesiara warning them to not be too proud of themselves.

"She is right, underestimated your enemy and you will end up being hurt or worse," says John who appears behind them.

"John!" says the trio surprised to see him when John smiles at them.

"Cid and I worked the whole night to finish the repairs and I flew to Olympus to find you. I can see that you have won the tournament," says John seeing the Pegasus Trophy in Sora's hands.

"We have but since the ship is back in one piece we should travel to the world we wanted to visit the last time," says Sora excited as Phil and Hercules heard them.

"So a new adventure awaits you," says Hercules as Sora nods before handing the cup to Phil.

"But we will be back in no time," says Sora as Phil nods.

"I hope so. In the next tournament, you will be fighting Hercules after all," says Phil as the trio looked at Hercules.

"Really?" asks Sora feeling excited as Hercules nods.

"Yes, I will be participating in it," says Hercules as he looked at the waiting area and sees Cloud before saying, "Cloud will be joining as well. And Phil will invite a very special opponent as well. Even I don't know who it is."

"It should be exciting then," says Nesiara as she smiled at the trio.

They said their goodbye to Phil and Hercules before entering the ship when Sora touches the display and the ship begins to move.

They were flying toward the world they intended to the last time as they see the wormhole and Donald says while grabbing tightly the armrests, "I hope we survive it again."

Everyone except for John followed his example as they entered the wormhole but the ship wasn't shaking as it normally would and John says, "We installed more stabilizers and engines to hold the ship together and make it faster. We shouldn't have any trouble with wormhole any longer except we met Monstro again."

"Let's hope we never met it again," says Donald as he was relieved that they weren't being thrown around their seat like normally.

They vastly passed through the wormhole when Sora asks, "What do you think will we met in that world?"

"It should be a scary place going by the look of it," says John as they were approaching the world.

They arrived at the world and landed once on the ground they found out that their bodies changed as they did in Ariel's world just that John turned into a Knight Armor with a burning pumpkin as his head while Nesiara turned into a Vampire as her bronze skin turned pale and fangs grow out of her mouth.

"It seems that our bodies changed again," says John as he turned to the trio which took a step back from him.

"John?" asks Sora as John nods and his head fell off.

"Alright, this is new," says John surprised by what happened when he tries to pick his head up.

"Let me help you," says Nesiara as she picked the head up for him.

She places the head back in its place and John says, "Thanks, honey. I think I will sit this one out since I could be more trouble than help."

"Well, I will be accompanyi-," says Nesiara as John stopped.

"You won't. Let them deal with this problem alone," says John as Nesiara looked at him confused.

"We should deal with it alone?" asks Donald as John nods.

"We helped you in Ariel's World. This time you will deal with it on your own," says John as he looked at the trio who could see what John wanted to say with that.

"Then we are off until later," says Sora as he smiled brightly.

Once alone Nesiara looks at John and asks, "What is wrong?"

"Nothing but they should be able to deal with this world on their own. Also, we need to talk about something," says John as he wanted to look serious but he could only look scary.

"You want to talk about Leon?" asks Nesiara as John shakes his head.

"No, I want to talk about something else. Something they still haven't told us about," says John as he walked inside the ship.

One day ago, John and Cid finished repairing the Highwind when someone John only met once appeared in front of him.

"Arthur," says John as it was Arthur who was standing in front of him.

"John, it has been a long time since we met," says Arthur as he appeared in front of John and Cid.

"A friend of yours?" asks Cid as John kept his eyes on Arthur.

"Sort of," says John as Arthur smiles.

"I wanted to talk to you about a matter that will interest you," says Arthur as he takes a step forward when he stretches his hand out while saying, "Take my hand."

John was thinking about it when he took it and both disappeared out of nowhere. They appeared in the Realm of Warriors to be precise on the training ground in which Arthur fought against Nora before.

"This place brings me many good memories," says Arthur as he touches the ground.

"Why are we here?" asks John as he looked serious at Arthur.

"I brought you here to tell you the truth behind everything. Deathseeker and the others think that you and your wife shouldn't know it. But I think you should since it involves Nora and Leon," says Arthur as he sat on the ground.

"What do you mean?" asks John as he looked at Arthur.

"I mean that there is an invisible enemy that neither of the three has mentioned to you or your wife. Nora already knows of that enemy but Deathseeker told her to not reveal anything about it to you two," says Arthur as he signal uses John to sit down.

John sits down and Arthur tells him about the Man of Contracts and the Woman of Restrictions when he says, "Deathseeker can't kill them since he is bound to them by a contract. But they can't kill him as well which made Deathseeker think outside the box."

"So they are using my family to fight against those two," says John as Arthur nods.

"Yes, the plan was for me to fight them but I wasn't strong enough because of obvious reasons," says Arthur pointing at his eyes which didn't have an Alpha and Omega in them.

"I never gained the strength of a Godking," says Arthur as he told John far more things when he says, "Nora is the same as me but different as well. She can enter the state I never could by using Excalibur. I can only imitate the pressure because of all the wars I waged and all the blood on my hands."

"So Nora is a key to your victory," says John as Arthur nods.

"She is but Leon is the second key while Kieron is the third one," says Arthur as John looked at him confused.

"What do you mean?" asks John as Arthur stood up.

"The key to winning against those two is for someone that can wield their powers to kill them. Nora is wielding Excalibur which was formerly known as Caliburn. It was made by them and gifted to Deathseeker to free them.

Deathseeker once he knew what was going on began to reshape it and give it a new form and name. It landed in my hands and long story short I killed a lot of people which forced Shura to step up and become Godking.

Nora is the third person to be able to wield Excalibur and Kieron in his greed made a copy of the sword," says Arthur as John already began to think.

"Kieron is a factory of Excaliburs even if he can't use them," says John as Arthur snaps his finger.

"Bingo, even if the copies don't contain the souls of my troops they still contain their powers," says Arthur when John looked at him seriously.

"What about Leon then?" asks John as Arthur sighs.

"He is Plan B," says Arthur as he looked at the sky.

"If we are not able to defeat them then we will have to use his powers to seal them away forever using his Keyblade Master's abilities," says Arthur sad as he looked at John directly.

"He is a sacrificial lamb," says John furious as Arthur could feel his fury.

"That is right," says Arthur as he stands up and stretches his hand out towards John.

"How about we make a pact?" asks Arthur as he was furious as well that they would use a boy as a sacrificial lamb.

"A pact?" asks John as Arthur nods.

"I might have never become a Godking but if you accept you will receive my legacy," says Arthur as his aura manifested behind him and mountains of corpses appeared.

"Your Legacy? I thought Nora obtained it," says John as Arthur shakes his head.

"She obtained Excaliburs Legacy. It is the Legacy which doesn't contain my strength or experience," says Arthur as he looked at John.

"If you accept my Legacy. Let's just say that not many people would survive it. This includes the Godkings," says Arthur as John was confused but if he could save his son from becoming a sacrificial lamb.

He took Arthur's hand and all of Arthur's Memories. All his knowledge and power slowly entered John's body when Arthur smiles at him and says, "I didn't want history to repeat itself."

"You fought them once," says John shocked as Arthur nods.

"And I failed. I made one mistake and it was to accept too much power instead of relying on the strength I already had. That was my biggest failure. Accepting strength that isn't yours," says Arthur cryptic as he looked at John.

"I hope you will succeed and redeem my failure," says Arthur as he was slowly disappearing when he shouts, "This Realm now belongs to the New King, John Crownguard. Shall all of my warriors stand by his side once he calls for them!"

Soon many people appeared and kneeled in front of Arthur with tears in their eyes as their Leader and Brother was slowly disappearing when Arthur turns to them and says, "It is time to join my son. Protect your new King as you protected me."

"We will, our King," say the troops as they all cried tears of sadness and joy at the same time.

"I hope you will join me soon enough so we can just rest in peace," says Arthur with a smile as he completely vanished.

"What are my duties?" asks John as Huang Zhong walked forward.

"You will be our King and the unknown sword that our former King created to fight them. Now you only need to fulfill your destiny and become what he couldn't and we will be the force that will join you at the end of all times," says Huang Zhong kneeling in front of John followed by the others.

"What about Excalibur aren't you bound to it?" asks John as they shake their head.

"We were never bound to Excalibur. We were bound to Arthur, not like the twelve knights and the Legion of the Undead. We only followed Nora's call because Arthur saw her as worthy but now you are our King. If you tell us that she should be able to summon us we will follow your command," says Dian Wei as he was beside Huang Zhong.

"We will use this to our advantage then," says John when he remembered something from Arthur's memories.

"So we will follow her command under your orders," says Tyr as John nods.

"Yes, we will also keep it a secret that I can use you until the time is right," says John as they nod.

"We will follow your orders," says Tang Shi as John placed a seal on the ground before entering the Palace with his new powers and troops.
