"Alastor, watch her," Killian ordered his right-hand man.
"Sure," Alastor muttered, annoyed he would not be able to join in the fight. He did not leave the north just to offer Killian advice he was not listening to.
"Um, doesn't he need a sword?" Amelia asked Alastor out of concern when Killian approached the gates without a weapon in his hands or on him.
"Have you already forgotten who your husband-to-be is?" Alastor replied in a bored tone. "These weak people do not require a lot of skill for him to take down and if he wants a weapon, he'll take it. Just like that," he said at the same time Killian busted open the gates and stole a sword from one of the men inside then turned around and stabbed him with it.
