Hope Jones

John headed to the car mart to pick out a car. He stood at the entrance as he realized it was closed, he sighed as he then headed down the street. While walking he saw a group of men pinning a girl to the ground.

"Hey what are you doing" John yelled.

They turned and looked at him and laugh while one ran towards him and knocked him to the ground and said "Beat It Kid and we won't hurt you"

John got up "Really that speech after punching me" John said.

He then pulls out his knife and said "Let's try that again"

John runs towards the man and stabs him in the chest. The man falls to the floor gasping for air.

John laughed as he slowly walks towards the man friends and said "I've warned you guys now you'll pay the price" he pulls out his gun and points it at them.

The men then runs off into the ally.

He helps her up, "Are you OK?" he asked.

She nods. "I thought you would be In bed after being shot" she said.

John's eyes widen as he points at her and asked "Are you Hope Jones?

"She nods and walks towards him "I guess we are even now" she replied.

"Let me walk you home" he said to her.

While walking her home they began to share their stories and realize that they both have difficult lives.

"So this Is It" she said pointing at a foster home.

John asked "What I thought you were 18, so why are you here still?"

"I got kicked out long ago, but I've got no where else to go, so I sneak In late at night and leave early. HAHA I'm kidding we just made a deal that allows me to stay" she told him before heading to the back of the building.

John walks to a bench across from the foster home and sit facing the building. He looks around and pulls a bottle of scotch out his fanny pack.

Few hours later he glimpse Hope exiting the foster home.

He then calls out to her "Hope over here".

She sighs and walks over to him and asked "What are you doing here?"

He looks at her and said "I was waiting on you because I realized that you lied straight to my face. Plus I couldn't sleep"

She looks at him and asked "Why do you care?"

John shakes his head and said "You saved my life, now let's go"

"Where are we going" she asked him.

He ignores her as he walks towards the car mart.

They finally reached as he walks in and starts to check out some cars. Suddenly he spots a Jeep Wrangler he walks towards it with a huge grin on his face.

"Wow this Is one of my favorites" he said. He then purchased It and took her to a restaurant to get some breakfast.

"You know you don't owe me anymore" Hope said to him.

John nods and replies "I know but still I'll help you. I also got a spare room and I won't take no for an answer"

She stares at him and asked "What do you expect to get In return"

John laughed and said "A housemate, one that's actually there. It's so lonely there"

"Your weird but now I need to take a shower before I go to work" she said.

John nods as he placed some cash on the table and headed to the car. On there way to the house John gets a call, "Hello" John said as he had the phone to his ear.

"John It's CC, meet me at my house ASAP" Mr Calvic said. John hangs the phone up.

"Hope I've been called In to work" he said. She sighs, as he pulls the car over. He hops out the car and hands her a paper "Here Is the address and this car Is brand new so don't scratch It please" he said.

Her eyes widens "Your letting me drive I thought you wanted me to walk or wait until you return" she said.

"Oh, I'm running late so see you tonight or tomorrow" he said as he walks off.

Few minutes later he enters the mansion, he looks around and said "Mr Calvic".

Jossie enters the room "Hello John nice to see you again" she said smiling.

John replies "Ah shit! damn! please tell me I don't have to bring you back to Abadashi!"

She then said "I see you haven't learned any manners"

Mr Calvic walks in "Hey John I've got good news, those cops that brought you to the junk yard, they'll be at a club tonight collecting dirty money for Talic. So I want you to get a pic of them doing business so we'll have evidence on those dirty cops"

John asked "Evidence to do what?"

Mr Calvic replied as he hands him the address "Blackmail"

John nods as he walks out. He got a taxi and went downtown to a clothes store, where he purchased a leather hoodie, pants and shoes. He heads home. He walks to the yacht to talk to Quaver who was preparing the boat to leave.

"YO Quaver, I need a brand new bike before 7 pm" John said.

"Are you stupid? You just got a car, why do you need a bike now?" Quaver asked.

"I've got a new task to complete and a bike will lessen the chance of me dying" John said.

Quaver asked "Why do you keep bothering me? I don't care If you die, I know you see that I'm about to leave"

John replies "Who else am I going to ask? Just one call dude and let them deliver It"

Quaver replies "Fine, I'll make the the call but It's gonna cost you"

"Oh one more thing I need some rounds and silencers for my Glock and a SCAR and also get a S&W 500 magnum" John said.

Quaver then said "God dammit! Your like a Thorn In my side. Are you going to start a war? "
