The Execution

Aki asked without hesitating,'So May I ask what..who are you exactly?'

Joshua was uncomfortable. He finds it a bit unnerving. The resemblance is too much with the suspect he's looking for but Aki is not him. He seems to be a normal human with normal reasoning yet something was definitely off about him and not being able to understand that made him conscious.

He said,'You already know that I am not like others. Let's keep it that way for now.'

Aki didn't react but asked,'The cat...where is he?'

Joshua thought Aki would be upset but after hearing Aki,he smiled,'I don't exactly know. He doesn't like to stay bound. He returns whenever he feels like it.'

Aki thought of something and said,'Oh!'

Joshua upon hearing the train whistle,told him,'Your train is almost here.'

Aki didn't question anymore. Though he wanted to know he suppressed the urge because the other party seemed unwilling to answer.

So he got up and stepped in the train saying,'I hope someday you'll be willing to tell me why you are hiding it?' Joshua was left speechless. He smiles at his unknown expectation from Aki.

The train leaves the station.

A figure appears behind Joshua and keeps floating behind him in distance.

Joshua asked,'Are you still keeping an eye on him ?'

'Yes, Master!' the figure answers politely.

Joshua said,'I think it's totally unnecessary.'

Saying that he yawns. While walking.Joshua's figure changes and turns into the figure like the boy, Mei,but in a mature form,different from the one Aki had met. Then he brings out the paper that he had crumbled back then. Looking at it he ordered the,'Tell them to wait on it.'

'But…' the figure stopped talking, seeing the eyes of Joshua turning into bilateral form. It didn't dare to finish what it was saying ,only nodded.

A train arrived at the station but it was old and was unlike the other trains that people usually see. A staircase came out.

Joshua steps on it and gets in the train.

The train starts and another railway forms heading somewhere else. The line vanished as soon as the train left the platform. The black hooded figure lifted his head after that. Another two figure appear while saying to the first one,'What is The Young Master doing? Does he not intend to capture him? What we will say to The Master.'

'He obviously has some reason. Defying the orders is not something he usually does.' the first follower said to them.

The paper he had in his hand was the order for Aki's execution. He throws the paper in the air and the paper burns into ashes.

Aki gets off at the station. Walks silently towards his building. As many things are being calculated in his head, he keeps sighing quite often. He sees a black cat. He bends down to pat it's head.

'Are you keeping an eye on me Mr.Black?' The cat only meows when hearing Aki.

Tania was standing outside his building. She saw that and asked,'Don't tell me cats are talking to you now!'

Aki is used to it. Much worse than this. He didn't reply. At first he used to think at least Tania would believe him. But he can't blame her. It's not logical. He himself sometimes tries to think all of these are happening in his dream. But....the dream never ends.

Aki answered with a blank smile,'Just patted this little guy....he seemed lonely.'

He picks the cat up and takes it with him.

Tanya was surprised to see Aki taking the cat,'Are you taking him in?'

'Yes!'Aki answered.

'You know that I'm allergic to cats…'she said while Aki stopped her,'Well...you don't live with me now...and...I don't think you would want to live with me in future cause I'm being a freak again.'

Tanya was baffled to hear Aki talk harshly like that,'I never said…'

Aki interrupts,'You just did. Wasn't your snide comment the proof of that?'

Tania stood still in surprise. Aki didn't wait for another word of hers. He went inside. Tania looks up and sees Aki's apartment light getting turned on. For a while she stood there silently watching. A phone call reminded her of something. She leaves the area. The black cat was watching her as she went away. Aki gives him a bowl of milk. But the cat didn't seem interested in drinking it. Aki frowned and asked,'Are you not hungry Mr.Black?'

The cat meowed then sits at the corner of the sofa and curls up to sleep.

'No!No! We are taking a bath. I don't know where You have been.'He took the cat in shower. The cat was very unwilling to shower as it meowed a low voice.
