don't know." Eleanora sighed out to Alex, standing beside him at a random nurses cart in the hall outside of the OR. She fiddles with her ring, making a face. "I feel like Cristina might snap. She's just too.....

"I say we take that gift and hold onto it for dear life." Alex snorts, typing away at the computer. Eleanora throws him a look, but her nose scrunches up when a horrible smell hits her nostrils.

Alex's nose does as well, the two fellows looking over to see a frowning Jo Wilson walking past them. Alex huffs, speaking up with a harsh tone.

"Wilson, you stink!"

"Vomit." Jo sighs out, looking at the Attending's with an upset look. She chuckles a bit, Eleanora wafting in front of her nose in hopes the smell would go away. "It's vomit. I'm covering the Pit and Santa Claus came to town."

"I don't need a play-by-play. Go clean yourself up." Alex snapped. Eleanora and Jo both send him a look, Eleanora narrowing her eyes at her friend as Jo starts to argue.

"That's what I'm doing-"

"Go!"

Jo lets out a huff and stomps off, Eleanora smacking Alex on the arm once she was far enough away. Alex winced, sending Eleanora a glare as he rubbed his now sore arm.

"What was that for?!"

"Being a jackass!"

stood by the chart holder at the nurses station in the lobby, letting her fingers dance across the spines of them as she looked for one of her new patients. Eleanora listened half heartedly as Meredith spoke to her intern, Edwards.

"You were supposed to tell me when Brian Danziger's labs came back."

"Oh, I thought I was supposed to tell Dr. Karev?" Eleanora raises a brow and looks over, Meredith's face unamused. The charming smile slide off of Edwards face, eyes a little panicked. "I should've told you, too. Uh, Brian Danziger's labs are back—"

"Get away from me." Meredith snapped. Edwards was quick in doing so, Eleanora letting out a happy noise when she found her chart. She moved to lean on the desk top, flipping it open.

"You should be nicer to the children."

"You should stop eavesdropping." Meredith sassed back, opening her own chart. The two friends glance over as Cristina shuffles towards them, watching Edwards hurry off.

"Oh, not fair. You are the scariest one. That was always supposed to be me." Eleanora pouted a bit and Cristina pat her cheek before sitting down. "You're the prettiest one, Sunshine."

"You shouldn't have left." Meredith teases, Eleanora smiling big.

"I'm the prettiest one, Mer!"

"I'll establish dominance." Cristina decided. She pursed her lips, thinking for a moment. "Maybe I'll use one of the classics."

"How was Owen?" Eleanora asked her, glancing over at her. "Did you two have the reunion sex in an in-call room yet? Because I bet Alex it would take longer then a day."

"You mean Chief Hunt?" Cristina scoffed, sipping her coffee. "The husband formerly known as Owen is now just my employer. He gave me the orientation packet."

The three women's attention is grabbed by Alex, who handed Meredith the lab results Edwards failed to give her. Meredith sent him a heated glare, Alex ignoring it as he listened to her speak.

"Uh, Brian Danziger's sedated. His BP's down a little."

"Yeah, Tox Screens negative, his LFT's and INR are elevated. Did you get a good look at his liver?"

"Oh, the prodigal Yang returns!" Jackson pipes up, making Eleanora jump. He sent her a smile that read '' before focusing back on Cristina. "We've missed you."

"Yes, hi. Blah, Blah, pleasantries." Cristina huffed, twirling in her chair to scoot over to Jackson, who was sitting at the computer on the other side of Eleanora. "Hey, uh, what do you know about the new Cardio Chief— Jeff Randall?"

"Russell." Eleanora corrects without looking up, Cristina snapping and nodding.

"Right. Russell."

"Nothing." Jackson snorted, shrugging. Eleanora looked over at him, and he gave her a side eye. "Don't even ask. You know he doesn't want me tattling."

"I just want to know how many surgeries my husband is doing, Jackson. Are you denying me my marital rights?"

"Your marital rights are not more important than my education life, Ella. Sorry." Jackson pointed out, making the small Neurosurgeon pout.

Cristina hummed, shrugging her shoulders as she continues to think about the new Cardio Chief. "No one named Jeff has ever done anything substantial."

"Hey, Karev, when you buy Mer's house, can I get my old room back?" Jackson asked. Eleanora perked up, smiling.

"Oh, can I keep the attic room? I like having sleepovers in that house. Makes me feel young again!"

"Nope. No roommates, and no stragglers. We're not in college, we're real people now." Eleanora deflated, looking back at her chart.

"Ass."

"What was that?" Alex asked, narrowing his eyes. Eleanora pursed her lips and shook her head, not looking up.

"Nothing, Alex!"

"Wait, you're selling your house?" Cristina asked Meredith, raising her brows. Meredith huffed, voice heavy with attitude.
