struggled to hide the hickey on her collarbone, a small whine leaving her lips. She loved Alex, and she loved everything he brought in the bedroom. However, last night was....intense, and he seemed to leave hickey's only in the places where they were hardest to cover up.

Meredith walked into the bathroom, yawning into her hand. "Do you care to carpool with me? Somethings wrong with the engine in mine and- oh my god, Eleanora, did you get into a fight with a ?!"

Meredith was by her side in an instant, laughing at the embarrassed look on her friends face. She poked at the hickey, Eleanora letting out a yell and smacking her finger away.

"Stop it!" She shoved her concealer in Meredith face, her voice slightly panicked. "I ran out of my concealer, and nothing else is working on it and I'm freaking out! Hickeys might be a fun idea, but I can't walk into a hospital with one. I'm a Doctor, for godsake!"

Meredith took the concealer and snorted. "Oh please, no self-respecting Doctor would let their boyfriend give them the biggest hickey ever. Seriously, Ella, it's huge!"

"I know that!" Eleanora squeaked out, turning fully to her friend. "Please, Mer, help me."

Meredith rolled her eyes playfully before grabbing her own concealer. "Fine, jeez. But I'm warning you, try not to rub the makeup off. I don't want to hear about you being a whore or something through the gossip-chain."

Before Meredith could begin, the door to the bathroom opened again. Alex stood in the doorway, rubbing his eyes before they landed on Eleanora's collarbone. A smirk fell on his lips, but it quickly faded when Eleanora let out a small yell.

"You did this to me, you asshole! I am a Medical Professional, not a horny teenager!" Meredith rushed to the door and pushed Alex back, shaking her head.

"Get out. Like, out of , Alex. Run to the hospital and pray that I can cover this thing up."

Alex nodded, stumbling backwards. "I love you, sweet-"

"Shut up!"

He rushed down the hall, and Elenaora stomped to the doorframe and poked her head out, yelling at him.

"I love you, too!"

told me about the hickey." Cristina voiced, making Eleanora jump. They were leaving Mr. O'Malley's room and heading to Burke's during rounds, and Eleanora turned and smacked at her friends arm to try and get her to shut up. Cristina let out a laugh, drawing some attention.

Meredith smirked, raising a brow as an offended Eleanora looked at her. "You...that's mean!"

Meredith shook her head, Cristina falling in line on the other side of Eleanora. "I only told Cristina. And anyways, we both know she would have figured it out."

Eleanora sighed, nodding sadly to herself as she looked forward again. "Cristina knows everything." She mumbled. Cristina wrapped her arm around Eleanora's shoulder and squeezed her slightly, quickly removing her arm.

"She sure does, Sunshine."

Entering the room, Cristina fell behind and was whispering heatedly with Dr. Shepherd. Eleanora and Meredith laughed slightly, knowing she was trying to get him to tell her about Burke's hand.

Shepherd walked in, giving everyone a warm smile. "Good morning, everyone. Who's presenting?"

Eleanora made an excited noise, flipping open the chart so she could double check what she was saying. "Dr. Preston Burke, post-op day one from an I and D of a compressive hematoma to the brachoplexus. He is afebrile and his vital signs were stable over night, his incisions are clean with no signs of infection. Last morphine was given at-" she stuck her tongue out, her eyes dancing across the page before she found it, "-2 this morning."

Derek gave her a thumbs up, asking Dr. Burke a few questions. Whispering sounded behind her and Elenaora turned her head to see Cristina and Meredith hissing at eachother. She raised a brow, about to ask them what they were talking about before Bailey spoke up, making her jump.

"Dr. Yang, something you want to share with the rest of us?" Cristina shook her head, giving Bailey a painfully forced smile.

"No, ma'am. Sorry."

Eleanora focused back on Derek, perking up when he turned to her. "Dr. Amedeo, please go ahead and run the morning labs. I'd also like you to make sure he doesn't do too much work and stays relaxed."

Eleanora smiled, nodding. "Of course, Dr. Shepherd." She looked at Dr. Burke, closing the chart. "I'll be back in a couple minutes to run the labs, Dr. Burke."

Quickly, all of the interns left except for George, him straggling behind to speak to Burke for a moment.

Eleanora felt a nudge on her shoulder, looking up in confusion. Alex cleared his throat, focusing ahead. He pulled the neckline of his shirt upwards and then glanced at her collarbone.

Eleanora looked down, a small squeak escaping her when she realized part of the slightly covered hockey was showing. She quickly readjusted her shirt, narrowing her eyes at Alex.

"No sex for three days." She hissed, before kissing his cheek quickly. She took a right instead of a left, Bailey having already told her she could go ahead and skip the last few rounds to work on Burke, not wanting the Attending to get upset.

"That's totally unfair!" Alex yelled after her, Bailey yelling at him in return.

"Karev, shut up! Your voice is giving me a headache."

______

Sloan, hi!" Eleanora chirped, stopping beside him at the desk. She handed the nurse Burke's updated chart, being handed discharge papers for one of Shepherds other patients.

"Eleanora." He greeted, not looking up for his chart. Her smile fell, worry clouding her features.

?

"Are you okay?" She asked softly, looking up at him. He let out a dark chuckle, slamming the chart closed.

"I'm fine." She winced at the loud noise, Mark noticing. He sighed, his shoulders deflating. "Look, I'm sorry. This week just....isn't a good one."
