she'll be on "look but don't touch" patrol, too. At least I'll have some company." Eleanora sighed at Izzie's words, not looking up from where she was tying her shoes.

They had just been informed of what was actually going on with Cristina, and how she had practically been performing Burke's surgeries for him.

Was Eleanora upset? Yeah, definitely. But it wasn't because Cristina was getting all those surgeries, but because Cristina was suffering and being handed all this responsibility she couldn't handle and never told her or Meredith.

"Whatever she gets I hope its bad. Really bad." Eleanora's head snapped up to her boyfriend at his words, and she straightened her back enough to rip his granola bar out of his hand. She gave him an angry look and set the granola bar on the bench by her foot, going back to tying her shoes.

Meredith made a small noise, turning to the people badmouthing Cristina. "She made a mistake! We all make-"

"A mistake?" George asked, scoffing. Eleanora looked up through her eyelashes at him, her face softening. "She was going to let Burke, operate on my father!"

Eleanora straightened up, grabbing the granola bar she stole from her now offended boyfriend and taking a bite out of it. "We still need to remember that Cristina is our friend, and-"

Cristina took that exact moment to waltz into the locker room. Everyone's eyes fell on her, her face turning into a scowl. She focused on George's face and let out a noise, slamming her locker open.

"Could you stop looking at me like that? It's creepy and makes you look like you haven't been fed."

Alex, Izzie and George all made signs of their annoyance and hatred for Cristina, exiting the room. Eleanora made a small noise, trying to get them to stay. "Guys, seriously? You think we can just get through this without talking?!"

Once they had all left, Eleanora deflated. She turned to her two friends, watching Meredith give her the signal. Eleanora stepped up to Cristina slowly, the woman giving her an odd look.

Eleanora then let her lips turn into a pout and softened her eyes, trying to look "sweet and innocent and all begging", as Meredith put it this morning.

"Oh, stop that." Cristina hissed, pointing at Eleanora. "I don't want to deal with making you feel like a kicked puppy, either."

The look slid off of Eleanora's face, and Meredith huffed. Meredith just gave Eleanora a small smile, nodding her head to the door and mouthing "go". Eleanora sighed, looking at Cristina for a moment.

Eleanora quickly engulfed her friend into a tight hug, running almost less than a second after she pulled away, knowing Cristina would want to kill her.

"Wha- stop! I'm so going to kick your ass, Sunshine!"

Eleanora stopped running once she reached the outside of the locker room, taking a few breaths before going in the direction of their first patient for rounds. She ran into Dr. Bailey going the opposite direction, furrowing her brows as the woman stopped her.

Bailey motioned to the locker room, her voice and face angry as all hell. "Is Yang in there?"

Eleanora nodded slowly, slight fear building up in her. She loved Dr. Bailey, she truly did. But the woman was scary as hell and could make Elenaora cry with just one look if she wanted to.

"Yes? She's putting her scrubs-"

Bailey waved her off, stomping towards the locker room. "Continue on your way to rounds, Amedeo."

Eleanora watched after her for a second before shaking her head to herself and doing as she was told.

"Jake and Pete Weitzman. 35 year old adult pygopagus conjoined twins. Attatched at the lumbar sacral junction." Dr. Bailey presents, giving a slightly smug look to her interns. Most of them had just been complaining about how Cristina got to work on George's dad, and now they realized Bailey was Yang by putting her on that case instead of this one.

Eleanora looked at Jake and Pete with awe and excitement in her eyes, but was the only one out of the interns in the room to not practically have their jaws on the floor.

"But not for long, right Dr. Webber?" Jake asked, the Chief giving the man a small laugh. It was a huge case for not only the hospital, but medical history. So big, in fact, the Chief wanted his best Attendings and his favorite resident on the case.

The Chief looked at the group of interns, expanding on Bailey's presentation. "The Weitzman brothers came in about 6 months ago for a separation procedure. They opted out because of the risk."

The two brothers argued for a moment before Alex interjected, motioning towards Mark, who was entering with Derek.

"You guys came back at the right time. We just scored New York's top plastic surgeon." Eleanora looked up at her boyfriend and then the two Attendings who just entered, giving them both wide smiles.

She turned back to the patients, nodding. "And our Chief of Neurosurgery, Derek Shepherd. You've probably already met him, but he's the best of the best. You're both in great hands."

Mark pointed between him and Derek, giving a charming smile to the two men. "We used to work together," he supplied, "as a team, actually."

Derek shook his head, Eleanora stifling a small laugh. She worked with Shepherd often, meaning she knew exactly what he thought of the Plastic Surgeon.

"We worked together, sure. But we were never a team." Derek corrected. George cleared his throat, drawing both of the patients attention.

"Jake, Pete... do you mind me asking why , when you thought the procedure was too risky 6 months ago?"

Before either of the two could respond, the door opened to reveal a woman. She looked around, slight embarrassment on her face.

"Woah, that's a lot of doctors. I'm going to come back-"

Jake interrupted her, waving her in. "No, Elena, come in!" She slowly walked to him, stopping beside the bed. She sheepishly looked at all the Doctors, Jake looking back at George. "You want to know why now? This is why. The love of my life, Elena."

Eleanora's face softened, a small 'aw' falling from her lips. Bailey smacked at her hand, shaking her head with a roll of her eyes, but there was still a small smile on her lips from the young womans reaction.

"Jake!" Elena scolded, before looking at the Chief. "I told him not to do this for me, cause that's just crazy. Pete said they could end up paralyzed? They could end up dead?"
