laid in the bed, her back to the headboard as she flipped through an article. Mark leaned in the doorway of the bathroom, watching his wife with a small smile.

Eleanora felt his eyes on her and looked up, nose scrunched up. "What's wrong?"

"Nothings wrong, Doll." Mark assured her, pushing off the doorway and making his way to their bed. They finally had most of the house unpacked, only a few tiny things to do, and then the twin's future rooms still needed done.

Mark laid down, laying his hand on his wife's baby bump. A big grin fell on his face as he readjusted himself so he could be a little closer.

"Hey kiddos. It's Dad again."

"I think they know your voice, Mark." Eleanora laughed, moving the article to the side and moving one hand to run fingers through his hair. "You talk to them more then me, which is impressive, seeing as I'm the one carrying them."

"They know who the fun parent will be." Mark teased, moving to look up at her. "Tomorrow's the big day. Final guess?"

"One of each." Eleanora replied quickly, grinning. "I have a feeling."

"I think it's two girls." Mark told her, focusing back on her stomach. "Two little princesses."

"I think Josie would throw a fit if she was no longer your little Princess." Eleanora giggled, Mark joining her. After a bit longer, Mark finally moved to sit beside his wife, pulling her to lay on his chest. He picked up the article she set aside and handed it to her, motioning towards it.

"What are we reading tonight?"

"Clinically definite ALS presenting after mild electric injury." Eleanora informed him, turning her head to look up at him. "Want me to start over?"

"Just continue from where you left off, Doll." Mark replied, laying his head in the crook of her shoulder as she flipped open the article, her soft voice carrying through their room as she read the article out loud.

, everything looks good in your labs. No signs of any illnesses in the fetuses or you." Lucy Field told Eleanora, sitting down at her rolly chair after coming back with the lab results.

Mark held his wife's hand, standing up by her head. They both held a mixture of excitement and nervousness on their faces.

"But you can tell us the gender of the twins, right?" Mark asked, moving to scratch the back of his neck. "She's far enough along."

Lucy grinned, getting the ultrasound ready. "Of course I can. I'm assuming you two have been taking bets?"

" haven't." Eleanora informed her. "Yeah, we've guessed, but my friends, Alex and Cristina, have a small bet pool going on with more of our friends."

"Well, don't let the losers know I'm the one who confirmed their loss." Lucy joked, Eleanora letting out a laugh.

Lucy focused on the monitor, humming as she took a few stills. "Babies both look healthy. Right size, heartbeats are steady. And.....there we go."

Eleanora perked up a bit, squeezing her husbands hand tightly. Mark winced, making a face before focusing on the ultrasound that Fields turned to face them.

"Baby A is a boy." Lucy informed them, Eleanora and Mark both brightening up. "And Baby B.......is a boy. Congratulations, Dr. and Dr. Sloan. You are having twin boys."

Eleanora's eyes widened a bit, Mark letting go of his wife's hand to throw both his arms up in the air, an excited and shocked laugh falling from his lips.

"I'm having sons! Did you hear that, Doll? We have two little boys!" Mark leaned over and cupped her cheeks, bringing her in for a kiss. Lucy turned around and focused on a few other things, giving the married couple some privacy. Eleanora laughed softly, watching as Mark continued to ramble on.

"I'm outnumbered."

wrotedown the notes and findings as Derek performed the introduction tests on Adele Webber. The Chief had finally listened to everyone's concerns about Adele's memory and asked Derek to help out. Meredith stood on the other wise of Adele, handing Derek what he needed. Adele looked between the two, humming.

"When are the two of you finally getting married?" Eleanora looked up, her eyes a little worried as she glanced between Derek and Meredith.

"Um, Meredith and Derek already got married, honey. Remember?" The Chief asked his wife, voice shaking a bit.

"I know that!" Adele told him, narrowing her eyes a bit. "They wrote on a Post-It. I meant a real wedding—in a church, with a white dress. Just like Mark and Eleanora did. This isn't Alzheimer's, Richard!"

Eleanora laughed a bit, placing a comforting hand on Adele's shoulder and squeezing. "Our wedding was a little extreme. Mark tried not to the complain about the bill, but he does act like a child sometimes. I think Derek and Meredith's Post-It was romantic and sweet."

"Adele," Derek started, taking the clipboard from Eleanora's hands, "the tests we ran last month showed findings consistent with Early-Onset Alzheimer's."

"I was a nurse for 30 years, Derek. I know what Alzheimer's looks like. I also know that 20% of the people that are diagnosed with it turn out to have something else. I don't have Alzheimer's. I don't!"

Eleanora squeezed Adele's shoulder, noticing she was getting agitated. "How about we just take a small break, huh? Let Derek and the Chief talk?"
