Rumours

I went to sleep after a while, with the dog plush by my side. The next day I woke up to my alarm and yawned. I showered, brushed my teeth and put on my uniform. When I was done I went downstairs to see my Dad cooking breakfast. "You're making breakfast?", I asked. "Yeah kiddo, I'm taking the day off today since your mom asked me to." My dad is kind of a workaholic, so he is rarely home. I sit down at the table and eat breakfast. When I was done I headed outside to meet with Denton. We headed to school and walked through the main gate. We made our way to class, and sat and chatted. Class started so Denton turned around, and the class got quiet. There were a lot more girls giggling and passing notes to Austin next to me. I just focused on the class, and finally it ended. We went to a few more classes, lunch, and then it was the end of the day. I went to my gardening club and put on a plain white apron. I was watering the flowers today, and preserving some for the club's journal. When I was finished, I took off the apron and washed my hands. Honestly I wouldn't have joined this club, but it seemed easy and student's here are required to for at least two years. I headed to the gym where Denton was in the middle of practice. When I got there I sat on the bleachers. I looked at my phone and noticed something odd was trending. Popular actor Austin Tores, spotted on a date with a guy! It had a few pictures of us. One had us sitting next to each other in the movies, with me wrapped in Austin's coat. Another with him handing me the stuffed dog. While the last one was him holding my hand while taking me home. "Jeez, more rumours?", I sighed and put away my phone. I didn't feel like looking at that anymore. Finally Denton was done, and walked me home. I ate Mom's home cooked dinner, which was pasta, and headed upstairs. I was editing the cover image for my album when I heard my phone buzz. There was a message from an unknown number. "Save this number, it's Austin." I responded to it with, "How did you get my number?" "From Denton." "Did you need something?" "Yeah, I wanted to ask for help studying for that math test on Thursday?" "Ok, what time and where?" "After school at my place." "That's fine by me" "Okay, good night" he sent lastly with a husky picture. "Goodnight." I replied before putting up my phone and going to sleep.
