Chapter Eighty Eight
"It's an honor to meet you, you majesty." Kasuyi said as he sat down opposite the Elven king and his daughter. The members of the Hidden Bolt shared a large couch that was big enough to fit them.
"Please, call me Naian. The service that you have done to my race is enough to warrant you at least that much." Naian, the Elven king smiled and waved away Kasuyi's formality. He smiled warmly at Boyd who had chosen to share the couch with the other members of the Hidden Bolt. His son smiled back, although the smile was strained.
"Um, please, can someone please explain what's going on here?" Marvin asked hesitantly.
Naian nodded sagely. "I guess we can do that much... You see, Boyd is my son, and the heir to the Elven kingdom. I can't go into the details, but Boyd had to leave due to certain circumstances. Now, my son it back."
Everyone turned to look at Boyd who had turned his face away. His face was shrouded in a mask that betrayed his embarrassment.
