Stars- Part 1

A cobra looked into the starry sky. It thought of it's family... Each decayed snake... Represents a shining star...

It slithered into it's desert cave. He blinked his eyes, and slept. A loud noise woke him up... A howling wolf... It could be his feast, or he could be the wolf's feast.

He heard the wolves going towards his cave, oh no... He hissed... In his strike pose, his launched for the wolf... The wolf howled in pain as the others scratched him with their sharp claws.

"Hisssssss..... Hissss!" He hissed.

Managing to escape, he slithered into darkness... Unable to see his beloved stars, he wept in his every hiss.

That was the cobra's first month of life.
