She went down to sit with her parents who were back from the trip. They have been gone for around three months. 'a lot happened mom, dad.' She thought. She hugged her dad and sat between them on the sofa. "I was speaking with Molly. She told me everything." Kiara told her kissing Dariya's forehead again.

"I'm fine mom. Really." She assured her. "Lu Han is back. I'm spending time with him now whenever am bored. Nara is." Dariya began and stopped.

"Nara what?" her mother asked. "What did she do?"

"Nara is a bit kind to me now." She changed what she was about to say. Her father stroked her hair.

"Devon actually hurried us to come home." Her father informed her. "He said people are spreading rumors of your engagement with Edgar."

"We are not." She had assured them.

"We know that but you will be soon," Heiden told her.

Molly came and informed. "They have arrived." And left the room.

Dariya stood very feminine as she was thought but to her surprise it was them. She didn't expect Edgar and family to be the guest that night. She looked at Nara hurtfully. Nara stood cold as usual. They greeted each other and took their places. She noticed Edgar giving her glances. She stood as if she didn't see him looking at her at all. 'I shouldn't have dressed well' she thought. Molly and the team seemed to have prepared a banquet itself. They have smelled these people are going to be in-laws. Dariya's inside began falling apart. All she could see was Lu Han and spending time with. She began to fear. Her inside trembled as they began to speak about her and Edgar. He sat there smiling as if he had the world under him, achieving everything.

'What a loser' she thought.

"When should we hold the engagement? We should fix on the date then? What say, kids?" Edgar's dad asked everyone. My mom and dad seemed to sit quietly under Devon's instructions.

"I Heard it's Dariya dear's birthday in two weeks after graduation. Nara told us." Dariya gave a deadly glare at Nara and Nara looked away pretending to know nothing.

We will do it on that day then. She would complete graduation next week too. So it would be perfect." Devon said his opinion.

"What say dad?" he asked dad for a show.

"I can't believe my girl has grown up." He said and stopped there. Dariya excused herself and went upstairs. 

They seemed to have fixed on the date not even asking if she was willing. She didn't want to create a drama afraid of Devon and broken since her parents didn't react even a bit to it. She stood in the terrace staring at the night sky. She saw a shooting star falling down and made a quick wish. "Kill me or find me a way." she wished.

She felt someone was standing behind her. She turned to see who it was. It was Edgar. He seemed to have followed her.
