Chapter: 24

Jasmine:

After two hours of driving, we finally arrive at Dimension park. We'd have gotten here earlier but we had to stop because Asher was road sick and the traffic.

We get out of the bus in a single file to collect our tickets from Mr chubby and my bag was checked for any weapons or whatever.

Me, Holly, Sebastian, Brett and Jordan walk into the park. Woah... This place is even more beautiful than I imagined.

There are different rides and kiosks everywhere. I smile excitedly like a little kid and Holly  laughs at me.

"It's beautiful right?" Brett asks holding my hand

"Yeah.." I say; my smile dropped and took my hand out of his. 

I still can't believe Brett actually forgot my name. With everything that has happened between us... I have got to get over this stupid crush thing because it's not just working out for me.

"What ride do you wanna go on first?" Holly asks excitedly

"Man's gotta eat babe" I say tapping my stomach

I haven't eaten breakfast and I'm starving. Sorry mom, I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I only skipped it because Holly abandoned me. Geez🙄

I follow Holly to a line for a food kiosk. Luckily, the line isn't too long so I ordered french fries and a hamburger and Holly just got a milkshake.

Holly and I grab our foods and sit on one of the benches and dig in.

I feel a huge bicep grab me by the waist and pull me to his side; by his woodsy cologne, I could tell it was Brett already.

I roll my eyes, remove his hand and walk away.

Why am I ignoring him?

1. Because I'm sad that he didn't know my name and I've known his since my first day.

2. And I'm trying to get over my crush on him so I'm trying to stay as far away from him as possible but he's not making that part easy. 

After ruby and I finish our food, we walk to a small ticket kiosk and sadly, Brett and his deliquents follow us. But this time he stays quiet, finally getting the hint to not talk to me.

Hallelujah!!

And right now, me, Holly, Sebastian, Jordan and Brett are now walking around the park; arguing on what ride we should go on first.

"Oou let's go on the revolution ride!" Jordan says excitedly

"Yea that should be fun" Holly says excitedly and I watch sebastian snake his arm around her waste

Showoffs 🙄💔

"You guys coming?" Holly asks referring to me and Brett

"Ain't no way I'm going on that ride when I just ate! You guys go on without me" I say

"Do you want to come Brett?" Sebby asks Brett. "Uh I don't think I have the capacity of going on such rides right now" he says shaking his head while looking up to the revolution ride which is like soo high above everyone.

"So we'll just leave you two alone" Holly says smirking. Real mature.

I roll my eyes and stick my tongue and she just laughs while they get in line.

I feel Brett scoot closer to me than  necessary when they leave. Can't this guy just come to terms with the fact that I don't want to be around him?!. Well I do. But you get the point!

"Jas?" I hear Brett croak

"What" I say reluctantly

"Are you upset that I didn't remember your name?" He says then looks at the ground

I don't answer him and just huff and fold my arms around my chest.

I feel his arms snake on my waist and thousands of butterflies explode in my stomach as i turn red.

I hate what this greek god faced idiot does to me🙄💔

"I'm sorry for forgetting your name Jasmine" he whispers into my hair

Jasmine... Even the way he says my name is perfect.

Ugh I hate what  this boy does to me.

"So you wanna go on the ferris wheel?" He asks smiling already

I kind of missed that smile tho😗🤭.

"Yeah sure let's go" I say

"Really? I thought you'd be afraid of heights or something and I'd have to drag you" he says surprised

"Hol'up you thought I'd be afraid of heights?" I say with a laugh

"Maybe" he pouts and I burst out laughing

"Let's just go" he says dragging my by the arm to the line for the ferris wheel

Luckily, the line for the ferris wheel isn't that long because almost everyone's at the revolution ride.

Haha suckers

The line moves quickly and Brett and I are already sitting in a cubicle.

"You excited?" He asks

"This isn't my first time Brett" I say cockily

"Hello ladies and gentlemen, please do not eat, stand or shake the cubicle while the ride is on, enjoy the ride" a voice from the intercom in the cubicle says

The ferris wheel starts spinning and Brett starts shaking the cubicle with a menacing smile playing on his lips.

"Uh I thought the instruction was to sit down, not shake the cubicle and enjoy the ride" I say

"Rules are meant to be broken nerd" Brett says and continues shaking the cubicle

"This one of the many reasons I hate you Brett Wilson" I say squeezing my nose and shaking my head in frustration

"First of all. You don't hate me and you're only saying this because you're a good girl" Brett says sitting down

"Yes I hate you and I am not a good girl. I'm as bad as Rhea Ripley from WWE" I say cockily

"You. As bad as Rhea Ripley" Brett says snickering

"You don't believe me?" I ask

"Yes. You're just a good girl who hasn't been caught doing anything bad"

"I AM a bad girl" I say in a whiny tone

"Then I'm taking you out tomorrow so you can prove how bad you are" he says putting air quotes when he say "bad"

"Did you just indirectly ask me out?" I ask

"Maybe" he says pouting

"Okay" I say smirking. "it's a date" I say inching ny face closer to his

Brett's blue orbs bore into my eyes and his hot breath fans my face, making a chill run down my spine.

Brett scoots even closer to me and Intertwines our fingers and my toes start to curl.

What is this boy doing to me?

Snap out of it Diane. You should be staying away from him.

"Kiss me princess" Brett says and bites my ear

Oh no
