As William's consciousness sank deeper into the abyss of darkness he started to talk to himself.

Next thing Jake knew he was enveloped in warmth as he felt himself being pulled out the warmth. He was blinded by a bright light a he squinted his eyes as he glanced around the room.

The nurse gently passed him to a man who was standing in the corner with an overjoyed smile. " Hi Dad." Jake tried to say but only cute baby noises came out.

" Hello my son, welcome to the Tide household." said his father with a gentle voice as he passed him to his mother as she encouraged him to suck which he happily did after all he was starving. " So this is the world I an here to protect.... I shall do that well."
