Chapter 32: Beginning of Cannon

It's the year 749 The year the dragon ball story starts

Location: Earth

Currently, an iconic event was taking place in the mountains where a certain blue-haired young girl just ran over a 12-year-old boy with messy and spikey black hair and a monkeys tail but the strange thing about this little incident was that the young boy was belay affected by the car he was more surprised than he was hurt at all the young girl, on the other hand, was in utter shock and disbelief of the young boy.

This was the meeting of Goku aka Kakarot and Bulma briefs and this was the beginning of the Dragon Ball story but this time the two heroes had no clue that from the shadows they were being watched by a certain conquerer.

Location: Planet New Saddala

In a large Darkroom resembling a movie theatre, one lone figure is set in front of the large screen watching the iconic meeting.

The figure watched on in amusement as the two heroes returned to the young boys' home and then embarked on their adventure as the figure was about to watch more the lights in the darkroom came on revelling the figure to be a young man with long spiky black hair reaching his waist where he displayed a black monkeys tail that swang around with a mind of its own, he wore fine loose robes that didn't do much to hide his muscular body toned enough to compete in any bodybuilding man's physics competition.

This young figure that looked to be 18-20 years was none other than the Warlord of the west Galaxy Arrot Sallason the scourge of the west as he had been dubbed by the wars he has waged and the planets he has conquered in the past few years.

He looked up at two other young individuals a male and female both wearing dark armour The male was none other than Bean who had grown to be quite muscular but compared to Arrot e was slightly leaner just like Arrot he had grown as well to be about 5'9.

Then beside him was the female Saiyan who had a fit athletic body she had beautiful black eyes and long spikey hair seemingly in a ponytail she stood above bean at 6'2 this was, of course, Toma.

Arrot stared at the two of them for some time before turning back to the screen "Just what do you two want with me right now? as you can see I'm busy"

Toma frowned and stomped over to Arrot who was still facing the screen and she stood in front of him, she had become taller than he had expected, he sighed "Well what do you two want?

Toma began to speak calmly "well for one, we want to know why the heck you are so interested in the affairs of a backwater planet in the North galaxy, could it be your plan on taking over the North galaxy next?

Bean formed a face of irritation and worry on his face at Toma's

Toma spoke with some curiosity as she wanted to know of Arrots plans before he made them and this was even more so for Bean since they were his closest advisers if he wanted to invade the North galaxy they would have to wrap up Activities in the West First but that would be expensive and would require the production of weapons and Saiber soldiers to speed up. to speed up.

Bean was hoping That Arrot had no plans of invading the North since that was Where the Frost Demons like Freiza, Cooler and King cold resided and Although he was sure Arrot and Broly were powerful he could not be too sure of the frost demons' strength either since they had been in control of the east and majority of the North Galaxy for a long time now.

Bean had been wary of them since the beginning since as a Saiyan he knew of how powerful Frieza could be but in terms of his army power the quality of soldiers dropped significantly ever since the majority of Saiyans were wiped out only ones left were the children Arrot saved and a few infant halfbreeds.

In terms of military power, Arrots was the strongest in the west Galaxy but in the others, it wasn't too clear

Arrot only looked at bean once and knew what he was thinking he didn't blame him after all These were Just like before Toma and Bean had become Arrots personal attendants they have performed their duties extremely well It has gotten to the point that when Arrot was not there their words were considered to be his words as well. but That did not mean they had the same level of control he did they just enforced it.

Arrot stood up from his seat and walked over to Bean and patted his shoulder "Don't worry Bean I have no plans of travelling to the Noth Galaxy yet, Plus we still haven't finished off the West, have we?

Bean sight I relief and Toma chuckled as she ran over to Arrot although she was tall Arrot was much taller standing at 6'4 They walked out of the theatre room one of the many in the Sanderson Palace the official residence of Arrot on New Saddala.

It was one of the grandest structures on the entire planet tourist from far and wide would travel just to see if it was built in the middle of the city of Bluebell towering above the other structures.it was here that Arrot was said to live, train, work and host grand balls, parties and important meetings.

Arrot walked down the halls to his office where he sat on the hovering seat he had grown to like and was beginning to understand why Frieza loved them so much but that wasn't the only thing he loved that Frieza had a taste for Toma handed him a glass of wine of a fine vintage Arrot was never a drinker in his past life but now he would enjoy only the finest of luxuries and foods of course as a Saiyan he prefered to go out and smash his fist on someones face.

Arrot had been training with Broly and Toma for the past few years although Tomas's power was increasing quickly having reached a power level of over 12million it palled in comparison to Broly whose power was continuously fluctuating.

Speaking of Broly he was currently of the world with Lett and Bora on a diplomatic mission to put down some vassel world that was getting too big for their boots it shouldn't take long after all with Broly negotiations were always short.

Arrot then turned on the screen of his computer to see many news articles about The war but instead of criticism of him it was all praise and talked of how the war would help bring the Galaxy closer together and it mostly depicted the planets that hadn't joined as evil and in need to be stopped, it also talked of the Imperial religious organization doing good deeds.

Arrot of course loved this since this was the work of both Umpki and of all people Abb, after Abb continuously nagged him to get permission to start a cult Arrot decided he would only permit him if he would use the cult as a way to boost popularity for the Empire and so Abb agreed.

And so he began the Imperial Golden Ape organization an organization that specialises in the philosophy of uniting the universe as it is the will of the great flame and the one chosen to carry out that will Be of course Arrot Salarson.

Umpki who loved his job the most was in charge of relations of worlds and people he was in charge of making sure different peoples interacted well in a safe environment free of prejudice and segregation where hate crimes would be limited.

He was there to make sure everyone would work well and comfortably. then there was the news control who was non-other than a Soya friend of Beans called Becca who he met at some arcade not only was it a shock for Arrot to learn Bean could make friends but to find one so skilled in propaganda but at the same time making sure the people got enough truth to not be suspicious.

She had proven to be extremely useful and hopefully, she remains useful.

Things had been going well for Arrot these past few years he even managed to increase his power level expernantiouly, the only problem tho was that the conquest of the west galaxy was taking too long even tho more than half the weast galaxy had fallen he would have to speed up his plans now that cannon has started.

But he can still have fun until the big fish start biting

Hey it finally happened they aren't kids anymore cool right I'm glad I was so tired of writing about Arrot as a kid but now he can do adult stuff you know like

pay taxes but then again in his case have people pay taxes to him hehe
