Lex and Ilumi continued to exchange blows, but they're sustaining damages now, various wounds will be seen in their bodies.

"I like the idea."Ilumi smiled and charged to Lex.

Lex have a knowledge in hand to hand combat because he learned it from the soldiers, and Ilumi was trained to fight since he was young, so they fought in hand to hand skillfully.

Lex's skill ranned out and the backlash kicked in.

"Hey, you're getting weak, is that it?"Ilumi asked."well I guess it's my win."

Ilumi grabbed Lex's head, Lex tried to retaliate but he's in his weak state and couldn't do anything, Ilumi threw rounds of punches to Lex's face.

'Sh*t, I messed up.'Lex said in his head.

Ilumi continued punching Lex while Lex is trying to defend his self from Ilumi's nonstop attacks, the Ilumi punched Lex's stomach that bring Lex in his knees, he tried to cast a skill as his last resort but Ilumi prevent him by doing so and punched him more fiercely.

Cough! Cough! Cough!

Lex cough while spatting blood at the same time, then Ilumi attacked Lex using his knee.

'I'm f*cked.'Lex said said in his thoughts, when Ilumi's knee reached Lex's face.'wait, it's weak.'

Ilumi is suffering the backlash too.

But when hope in Lex's eyes came back.

'What?'Lex asked, Ilumi's fist connected on Lex's face, even though Ilumi is suffering a backlash too, he used a skill so it was still powerful, when lex was about to lose conciousness, he managed to cast his first magic skill [Earth spiked], Ilumi got stabbed in many parts of his bodt that made him lose conciousness too.

Even though both of them is fainted, Lex passed out first that made Ilumi the final winner.
