Untitled Story

"Mr Arthur, I really miss mom, dad and grandma," said Megan as she was enjoying dinner with Arthur at the dinner table.

"Aren't they dead?" Arthur asked, frowning.

"I want to visit their graves." Megan looked down. Arthur grabbed her finger gently.

"We'll be there next week, and I have a surprise for you," Arthur said, Megan looking at him with a happy glow.

"Sir promise?" Megan asked enthusiastically.

"Yeah, let's finish your meal."

Megab nodded quickly. He sank back into his food. Arthur smiled happily at Megan who was already devouring.

"Bee, when's your birthday?" Arthur asked without looking at Megan.

"Hmmmm, three more months," said Megan, who was also busy with her food.

"What gift do you want?" Arthur asked again.

"Don't want anything," Megan said simply. Arthur lifted his head, looking at Megan who seemed relaxed in answering his question.

"Why?"

"For what? Usually I used to celebrate birthdays with mom, dad and grandma, when my family was still complete. Not anymore. I'm alone, so what's a gift for?" answered Megan straightforwardly.

Arthur didn't reply again. He just stared at Megan with emotion. Then, he looked at the expensive watch wrapped around his wrist.

"Bee, I'm going out. You go to bed first." Arthur grabbed a glass of water and took a gulp until it was almost gone. He was just about to take a step when Megan's voice stopped him.

"Master Arthur, where are you going?" Megan asked quietly, looking at the man.

"I have an appointment with my business partner."

"Where?" Megan asked again.

"Night club," Arthur said curtly. Megan turned her gaze back to the plate. In fact, he was no longer in the mood to eat.

"Be careful, Mr." Megan finally said. His voice was heavy and unwilling.

Arthur turned, he closed his eyes and stepped out with heavy steps. Heavy? Yes, leaving Megan was hard. Megan closed her eyes, tried to fall asleep but couldn't. Then, I don't know what made Megan desperate to step out of that magnificent house tonight after. With a little tiptoe, he passed several guards who were nodding in front.

There was one more gate that Megan had to go through, the main gate with the towering gate. Megan sneaked, she didn't care about the short dress she was wearing without the jacket cover. The cold night wind seemed to start to blow all over his body.

There was only one guard there. Megan thought of a way to avert their eyes. She looked around for something, Megan found a rock the size of her fist. Megan immediately took and threw the stone until it hit the guard post door.

"Yes!" he hissed happily as he saw the guards rush to the place of the sound. Megan rushed out of the gate as soon as possible. He was happy to get out of there without the guards noticing.

Megan saw photos of Amber at the club via social media. He was sure Arthur would be there too.

Megan stopped a taxi, headed for the club that night. He wanted to see what Arthur was doing there. Although presumptuous, Megan continued his intention.

He arrived at the destination. Megan came in, squeezing through the swaying drunks. Megan knew Arthur must be somewhere else. He stepped, towards the stairs up to the VIP room. He found Amber had just come out of the room. He was sure Arthur was there. Megan opened the door slowly. (Stupid! Megan, you shouldn't be here right now!)

Megan saw Arthur sitting casually, in his lap was a night woman in skimpy clothes. Arthur who was stroking the girl's hair gasped when his and Megan's eyes met.

Megan backed away, reaching for the doorknob. Megan ran as fast as she could. Amber, who just came out of the toilet and was about to go back inside, was surprised to see Megan. More surprised to see the door open again with Arthur already running after Megan.

"Jessica's sister." Megan spoke up when Jessica picked up the phone in the dark.

"Meg?"Jessica couldn't hear clearly what Megan was saying because it seemed that Megan was very close to the rain.

"Sis Jessica, I want to go home," Megan whispered with tears that had merged with the rain.

"Meg, where are you, Meg? Let me pick you up." Jessica sounded worried.

"Sis Jessica, I want to go home ..." Megan sobbed. He continued to walk under the splashing water. It didn't matter that his body was shivering violently.

"Yeah, Meg, let's go home. I'm waiting for you." Jessica tried to calm Megan down. Not long after, there was a knock on the rented door. Jessica immediately opened the door. He found Megan in front, soaking wet.

Megan looked at Jessica, it wasn't just wet from the rain. It was Megan's cry that had been perfectly manipulated by the rain. Jessica pulled Meganke into her arms. He immediately brought Megan in.

"Meg, what happened?" Jessica asked, drying Megan's face and hair with a towel.

"Sis Jessica, I've made a wrong move. Falling too deep for people who only think of me as nothing more than a bedmate," said Megan softly. Jessica pulled Megan into her arms again.

"Meg, never mind, I really don't know what happened to you. But just leave the one that hurt you like this."

"That's right, I have to leave all this behind. Brother, take me to the airport tomorrow, okay, I want to go back to France."

Jessica looked at Megan sadly. However, he nodded. Just then, someone knocked on the door. Jessica peeked out through the gap in the curtain.

"Meg, those big guys are back."

"Tell me I'm not there huh." Megan immediately panicked.

"Come into my room, Megan."

Megan immediately entered Jessica's room. He's so tense right now. Megan accidentally turned off the phone, removing the memory and sim card. So that no one can track him down.

"Excuse me, who are you looking for sir?" Jessica's voice sounded made as if she had just woken up from sleep.

"Did the residents of the boarding house next door come back here earlier?" they asked Jessica who pretended to yawn.

"Apparently, nothing, sir. I heard nothing."

"Okay thank you."

Megan breathed a sigh of relief when she heard the footsteps of the guards walking away.

"It's safe, Meg." Jessica entered the room.

Megan decided to return to France tomorrow. He didn't care about his uncles and aunts anymore. Megan was lucky, she had time to slip her transaction card and identification card into her pocket before going to the club earlier.

"Mr. Arthur, I was wrong to fall in love with you. I'm leaving. Don't ever look for me." Megan closed the rest of the night with a heart that had been shattered into pieces. While at his house, Arthur goes on a rampage, cursing the guards. Alesha couldn't do anything. He also didn't expect Megan to be so desperate to go after Arthur.

Arthur threw everything that was within his reach.

"Megan! I'll look for you everywhere. You can't leave me like this!" Arthur roared. Alesha is sad to hear that. For the second time Arthur lost the person he loved.

(Our story is untitled, Mr. Arthur!) Megan thought sadly, in her hiding place.
