Meanwhile, inside one of the offices of the Upper Courts located in the High World, Palkia was busy communicating with the different emissaries through its powers. Even though the distances between the worlds were extensive and huge, it was just an easy thing for the Dragon God of Space to travel through the vast universe.

The crystal orb was in its normal state, shining with a white glow, indicating that the situation of Arceus' Emissaries was growing well. Despite that, Palkia was still doing what it ought to do to ensure that all the Pokemon App's updates were on time.

The portal lit and Dialga appeared a few seconds after. The Dragon God of Time stared at Palkia and asked, "How's at your end?"

Palkia shifted its gaze and noticed that Dialga was present. "So far, so good. We may be lucky this time. They're all doing pretty well in their assessment."

Dialga nodded. "That's very good. I'm going to Arceus' Throne and give him the report he was asking for."

"Go on, then. There are still a lot of things I have to do to make sure that the plan is doing well. In fact - "

The crystal orb suddenly flashed intermittently and its colors changed from pink to a bloody red.

Palkia teleported towards the pedestal and gazed through the crystal orb. "Something's wrong!"

Dialga flew over to the dragon's side and looked as well. "What?! One of our emissaries just died? Who is it?"

"Our emissary inside one of the parallel world of Bleach, Kumiko Arika, has fallen. The recent pokemon that traveled inside this particular world went berserk and the party was overwhelmed. Even one of the main protagonists, Rukia, had died."

The crystal orb flashed nonstop and the expressions of the two Dragon Gods became grimmer.

"Even the emissary inside one of the parallel world of Fairy Tail died as well?! But he was the strongest of them all!" Palkia exclaimed, its eyes were glowing red due to anger.

"Natsu, the main protagonist, and the rest of the guild were controlled by a berserk Mewtwo for a few seconds. The emissary was with them at that time. It was a brutal sight."

Palkia shook its head. "So the five of them just failed like that...wait, there's still one who is alive!"

"Indeed, Okami Okaya! Luckily he is inside the place where he activated your blessing: Palkia's Authority," Dialga remarked.

"I want to help him but I can't seem to travel to that particular parallel world of Naruto. Something's blocking my powers." Palkia closed its eyes again and concentrated but it could not connect to the dimension.

"I can't do it, as well," Dialga said in exasperation. "Let's inform Arceus about it."

"Go ahead, Dialga. I'll try my best to connect to Okami. Someone interfered with the portal and changed the nature of all the recent pokemon that traveled there. They suddenly went berserk."

Dialga nodded. "I have a suspicion as to who that God is but I must make sure to tell Arceus first."

"I hope Okami can survive this," Palkia said before closing its eyes again.

Hiruzen flickered away from the window and stood in a fighting stance. What he saw made him shocked.

A tiny rat looked around and saw Hiruzen and the elders. "Squeak!"

Hiruzen knew that it was a pokemon because he saw Okami summoning one that looked like it. But he could not understand why a beam of light became a pokemon and chose to land inside this particular room. And its eyes, they were scarlet red.

Shikaku observed Rattata and knew that it was not Okami's pokemon. "Hokage-sama, this is not Okami's. I can feel some dangerous bloodlust from the pokemon."

Danzo looked at Shikaku and asked, "How can you be so sure? It looks the same as the one with Okami except for the eyes. Who knows what the kid was planning for?!"

Hiruzen ignored Danzo's statement. "How can you be so sure, Shikaku?"

"Shikachu just told me that it is a berserk, wild pokemon," Shikaku explained as he pointed at Drowzee.

"It must be apprehended whether it's Okami's or not," Homura stated matter-of-factly. "This pokemon looks dangerous."

Hiruzen remembered the lights and was afraid that they would all turn into berserk pokemon. "This is getting dangerous. We must apprehend this pokemon as soon as possible and determine if this was just a single case!"

"Why did you say so, Hiruzen?" Koharu asked without shifting his attention.

"I've seen many lights outside, which looked like the very light we saw earlier that changed into a pokemon."

Koharu frowned. "It is indeed bad if that is the case."

"It's Okami. We must interrogate him to determine what is happening right now." Danzo said.

"Danzo, you better shut your mouth if you don't know anything about the situation. Jumping into conclusions won't help!" Hiruzen snapped at him and faced Rattata. "Can you do anything to appease this pokemon, Shikaku?"

Shikaku shook his head. "I have no idea how to do it. Please tell me your instructions, Hokage-sama."

Hiruzen was about to give his command when he heard Danzo banging his cane against the floor and said, "You are making a bad mistake! We must capture Okami Okaya!"

The wild Rattata was agitated by the sudden sound and dashed towards Danzo while its mouth was gaped wide open.

Shikaku was surprised because it was twice faster than the Rattata Okami owned. He did several hand seals and his shadow extended to bind the rat but he failed to reach it.

Danzo flickered towards the edge of the room and barely avoided the rat's assault.

Homura and Koharu rushed to the pokemon altogether and punched but Rattata was small in size and was very quick to escape. It was about to retaliate again when Drowzee extended his hands as his eyes were covered with chakra and stopped the pokemon using the chakra-fused Disable. Rattata fell on the ground as if it was in a frozen state.

Hiruzen approached Rattata and was about to poke it when Rattata moved again and tried to bite him. This time, he flickered at its back and made a fast, light jab against its neck and was knocked out.

Shikaku looked for some rope and tied Rattata's feet and mouth immediately while the elders walked towards the pokemon.

"Now what do we do about this?" Homura stooped down and poked the rat's belly.

"It would be better if you leave it with me," Danzo suggested.

"It should be given to the Analysis Team and it's final," Hiruzen declared his stance strongly. He turned around and looked outside through the window and there were still some streaks of lights visible up in the sky. "What in the world is happening?"

Shikaku placed the rat inside a small cage. "I'll bring this to the office, Hokage-sama. Just send someone to inform me if you need my services."

"Wait. You must inform Okami tonight. Tell him what happened. This concerned him very much because the lights might turn into dangerous pokemon."

"Right away. Anything else, Hokage-sama?"

"Inform several ANBUs that they should patrol and see what the situation is right now. Tell them that they must report as soon as they find the situation alarming."

"Sure, Hokage-sama."

Hiruzen permitted Shikaku to leave. At once, Shikaku unsummoned Drowzee and exited the door. After they left, he went back to his chair and sit down.

Homura and Koharu looked at each other before sitting down while Danzo left the room.

Hiruzen was about to start the meeting again when he felt the hairs on his nape stood up. At once, he flickered towards the door and faced towards the window.

This time, five beams of lights entered through the window and transformed into pokemon: two Rattatas, two Pidgeys, and a Paras.

Hiruzen and the others were ready in their battle stance as they intend to fight these berserk pokemon.

Tomiro was busy preparing the table for their dinner. He looked inside the fridge and took out a tray of tuna fish. He may not be the most skillful chef in the world but at least he was confident with his sashimi and he intended to let his parents eat it for dinner.

Tomiro set the fish on the sink and looked for the knife. He searched for it through the cupboards and drawers but he could not find what he wanted. He turned around and shouted, "Mom! Have you seen the knife? I can't find it in the kitchen and I need it to debone the fish."

"Hina borrowed it this afternoon, Son. Your father's on his way to her house to get the knife."

"Ah, okay! How do you want your sashimi done, Mom?"

"Well, I wanted to have a - huh! There are streaks of lights traveling up the sky, Son!"

Tomiro chuckled. "Come on, Mom. I bet you they're falling stars. Make a wish then!"

"Hah! Then I wish that all of us will have a long life. And - wait, there is one light headed towards our house."

Tomiro heard several knocking sounds from his mother's direction. "Mom?!"

"Help me, Son! They're -"

CRASH!

Tomiro ran towards the room and saw his mom lying on the ground. Her head was bleeding and she was moaning in pain. He entered the room and noticed a rat with glowing eyes. "A Rattata?!"

Baki was about to close the door when he saw his son outside rushing towards his direction.

"Toki?!"

Baki stared hard and realized that the ones Toki was escaping from were Rattatas who were several meters away from him.

Toki entered inside his house and locked the door. He stooped down and tried to calm down.

"What happened, Son?!"

Toki ran towards the windows and closed it right away. When he was sure that all of the possible entry points were locked, he finally sat on the floor to rest.

Baki gave him a cup of water and asked, "Son, what's happening outside?!"

Toki consumed the water in one drink. "Pokemon! I don't know why but there are many birds and rats hurting people."

Baki noticed that Happiny was trembling. "Happiny? Why are you scared?"

Happiny pointed at the door while shaking her body in fear.

"Berserk pokemon? Are you sure, Happiny? Shit, Boss must know this." Baki turned on his XTransceiver and dialed Okami's number.

Baki was very busy with the call that he did not realize an Abra teleporting right inside the kitchen.

"Close the door! We must protect the patients!" Koshi commanded everyone inside as they stockpiled the chairs against the door.

Reika approached the head nurse and asked, "Koshi-sama! What do we do now?! The patients are already panicking!"

Koshi's frown went deeper as she thought of the grim possibility. "We must make sure that a stampede will not happen. Go and instruct everyone to find a partner and take charge of a room. We should tell them that help is on the way!"

Reika nodded. She went to the reception desk and followed Koshi's instructions.

Koshi was about to go upstairs when she felt a breeze coming from the door.

Naruto just finished eating his cup noodles. "Hey, Kyuubi, you better learn to eat Ramen or you're missing half of your life."

Vulpix snubbed him and was about to eat his chocolate cupcake when he noticed several energy fluctuations outside Naruto's room.

"That energy?! The Vile One is here?" Kurama asked himself while inside Vulpix's body, hesitating whether to protect Naruto in case the invader planned to hurt his host.

Finally, Okami was feeling sleepy and was about to plop down the bed when he noticed that the XTransceiver was ringing. He saw that it was Baki who was calling him and sat down as he answered the phone. Once he saw that Baki's face was anxious, he asked, "What's wrong, old Baki?"

"Boss! There are lots of Berserk pokemon throughout the village!" Baki shouted once he knew that Okami was already on the other line.

"WHAT?!" Okami knew that Phase 1 was not just a simple update. "Tell me everything you know, old Baki!"
