Chapter 13: Bloodline Evolutions?!

After getting back home and cleaning up, Jack realised Grace isn't here. It wouldn't be surprising if Grace went to go see her friends. After thinking for a while where Grace went, he went outside and was about to dispose of Eugeen's body until he got a notification.

[Warning! Unknown energy making contact with 'Vampire Servant - Eugeen Demigrove']

'What will it do?' Jack asked the system.

[Jack, I know I'm a powerful system, but even I don't know what it is, so sorry champ, I can't give you any information] Next to it was a shrug face imprinted into symbols.

Jack thought about it for a while, and clicked [Y] and power, that seemed to close but hard to reach, entered his arm which the mysterious energy contacted Eugeen was.

[Warning! Energy surpasses user's limit! Sealing Power!.... Power Sealed!]

[Advance to Obsidian-5 to gain the power] the system sent a notification to Jack.

Jack was startled and asked 'what was that?'

[Jack, how do I explain this... I think the mysterious power can actually benefit you.] explained the system.

'Hmm? What do you mean?' Jack asked again.

[You see, the blood particles that Eugeen used, was absorbed by the mysterious energy...] the system almost seemed jealous. [But anyway, the power that was sealed came from Eugeen's 'host' as you can call it...] The system replied with a grin if it had a face.

"WHAT!!!" Jack was stunned. "What so when I get Obsidian-5 rank, I can get the power from his host, which like ends up controlling him?" Jack asked a rhetorical question, mocking himself.

[You're half right, the power does come from the host but when you get Obsidian-5, you will surpass him, being able to break the bloodline curse on Eugeen, stealing the full bloodline of the vampire for yourself... so get a bottle and take a bit of Eugeen's blood and then dispose of his body.] The system replied, acting as if he had done this many times before.

Jack did this, and eventually inspected this blood of his step-farther, using all-seeing eye.

"Uhh... system... this is overpowered... only 3 evolutions until I'm a god?" Jack asked out-loud.
