Her Confession
Carol sat in the reception hall with her brother, looking at the billionaires pouring in. She couldn't believe her eyes that even Haley B and Derek Shepherd had arrived.
"Hey, look. Chloe and Daphne beat you to it!" Josh grumbled. "They have already sunk their teeth into Derek. Why couldn't you seduce him first?"
Carol shook her head. "I have no interest in any billionaire. I'm just here as a Blackwell representative."
Josh began rambling about money and influence, and how she could use her beauty to charm the eligible bachelors in the event. Carol left her seat to get some air. The young woman wondered as she passed the tables of billionaires whether her secret admirer, Caesar, was one of them. Would he approach her again?
