Prologue

Shiro's life had been one of hard work and determination, always striving for more and never settling for less. He had climbed the ranks and earned the respect of his peers, his name known throughout the land for his bravery and cunning. He had wealth, power, and the admiration of all who knew him.

But despite all his success, the heavens still found a way to bring him down. He was betrayed by those he trusted most, his accomplishments and everything he had worked so hard for collapsing in front of him. He was left alone and forgotten, his once bright future now nothing more than a shadow of what it used to be.

He now stood beneath the cherry blossom trees, watching as the wind carried their delicate petals away, symbolizing his own fleeting existence. He had been reduced to nothing more than a mere memory, a reminder of what could have been.

Shiro was consumed by anger and frustration, as he tried to piece together who could have betrayed him. He had always been wary of those around him, but he never thought someone close to him would turn on him. As he sat there, kneeling in the Heavenly Court, he realized that his downfall was due to his own hubris. He had become too confident in his own power and influence, and in doing so, had let his guard down.

As he reflected on his past actions, Shiro realized that there were those who had always been jealous of his success, and who had seen an opportunity to bring him down. He had made enemies along the way, and it was likely one of them who had conspired against him. He could only hope that one day he would be able to escape the grasp of the Heavenly Chain and seek revenge against those who had wronged him.

Shiro's world was shattered as he realized that his own wife, the person he loved and trusted the most, had betrayed him. The pain and anger he felt was unbearable, and he felt as though he had lost everything that mattered to him.

However, a glimmer of hope appeared in front of him in the form of a reincarnation scroll left behind by his deceased master. He saw this as his chance for redemption, and a way to regain what he had lost. He was determined to start anew, to rise from the ashes of his past life and reclaim his place in the world.

With a fierce determination, Shiro made the decision to give up his cultivation and a portion of his soul, in order to reincarnate into the lower realm. He saw this as the only way to escape the grasp of the underground prison, and to seek the revenge he so badly desired. He would not let his wife's betrayal define him, and he would use his new life to become stronger and more powerful than ever before.

Shiro was filled with a renewed sense of purpose and a burning desire for vengeance. He would stop at nothing to reclaim what was rightfully his, and to make those who had wronged him pay for their treachery. The road ahead would be long and difficult, but Shiro was ready for the challenge. He was ready to rise from the ashes of his past and become the person he was meant to be.
