Pain was the only thing that I could feel for what I thought was an eternity , but has more time passed I could feel the pain reduce slowly and when it was totally gone I immediately blacked out. After a bit I woke up and saw Salem's face looking and smiling at me , has I regained my senses I felt that my head was lying on something very soft and said while closing my eyes and smiling "Hmmm best way to wake up , mind if I relax here for a bit?" , Salem chuckled after hearing me and started fondling my hair gently.

Has I was enjoying my wife's heavenly legs I thought while checking out the system 'Damn how could she turn into the evil Salem while being like this' , the boosts I received from the mutated grimm water didn't raise my XP like I expected but affected my status directly and damn the boost was huge and the skills I got were awesome too and looked a lot like the ones from a MC from a novel I liked to read , but I noticed a strange difference in my title that didn't make any sense

Has I saw the description of the new title I thought 'Maybe it's about my soul since this water apparently could cause pain to my mind and soul , damnit I'm never doing this without testing shit first. But those are just the sides , damn these new skills are almost a copy of the Shadow Monarch's with little tweaks' , I smiled while looking at this skills and Salem who was still looking at me and fondling my hair and asked "So what abilities did you gain with this experiment you made Love?" to which I smiled and said happily "I'm a King now" , she laughed and said with her eyes shining "So now we are queen and king , what a happy occasion. It's good that your skin and eyes are still the same , is it possible for you to make return my normal skin and eyes with that experimental grimm water you made?".

When she asked me this I started thinking 'With the [Magic Infusion] skill maybe I can change all those side effects she received from submerging into the pools into boosting her powers' , after thinking about it I answered her "Yes I can try but I won't need to make another experiment , I will try to change or remove the side effects it had on your body by channeling my magic through your body" and she went silent thinking about it and said while smiling "Well better than no hope at all , do you want to do it now?" to which I nodded at her and without moving from her thighs I grabbed her hand and slowly guided my dark magic that I had channeled to her body using the skill.

She felt my magic energy going into her and didn't try to resist it with her magic , while guiding my magic I found at her brain and heart strong corruption and darkness energies and slowly I surrounded those energies and different from the grimm pools that had no structure these had. Maybe because they remained in her body for too long , but it made the job a bit easier and not has tiring mentally , so after I surrounded these energies I slowly started to make the the one in her heart fuse with it with the objective of boosting her status and giving back her previous appearance while doing the same with the one in her brain.

I started changing it to stop the corruption of her mind and with the intension of giving her the same skill [Mind Corruption] or something similar afterwards by fusing it with her brain which was very easy since I just had to use my intension to change it but I had to be very careful since the brain region was a very delicate region. After doing that for 1 hour I finally managed to fuse the darkness energy in her heart which made appearance change completely while boosting her status.

She now had fair skin, pale platinum blonde hair and light blue eyes that made her even more beautiful but I had no time to appreciate her new looks has I had to focus on changing the corruption energy in her brain which was a very delicate region. After another hour I finally managed to change and fuse the energy with , making it fuse totally with her brain giving her a skill related to the mind while stopping the corruption that was happening while it remained in her brain , after this arduous process I thought while sighning 'Now with that done she shouldn't become more evil and corrupted , but I wonder how much of her mind was already affected since I can't remove what was already done and can only stop it from continuing. But I believe that with time , that we have a lot , I can change and maybe erase the corruption'.

After resting for a bit I got up from Salem's lap and she too got up , now fully free I could finally appreciate her natural beauty that seemed to have become more mature , has I was looking at her she was looking at her arms and after a while she made a mirror of ice to look at her face. And while she did that I went to hold her shoulders from behind and whispered in her ears "My beautiful Queen. You look even more beautiful now , if I could I would fall in love twice with you" to which she giggled and turned to me and put her arms around my neck while whispering back "All thanks to you my handsome King." and after she said that she kissed me we stayed there kissing for a while.

After we separated I hold her hands and asked "Did you gain a new skill?" to which she said "Yes and I received a big boost in all my status. The skill I gained is called [Mental Suggestion] and it allows me to put suggestive thoughts in the mind of a person. And speaking of that skill I feel different , not physically...It's hard to explain , it's like-" I cut her and continued "Your desire for destruction is gone right" to which she looked down and said "Yes...But how did you know? You removed it?" to which I just smiled and said "I knew because that little experiment that you saw me doing was with the purpose of removing that. It's not that you really wished for destruction but those energies that changed your body where corrupting your mind slowly".

After hearing me hearing me she was silent for a bit before asking "What would have happened if those energies kept influencing my mind and corrupting it like you said?" to which I answered "You would have turned into a person that only seeks destruction of everything". She went silent before hugging me and saying "Thank you my Love from saving me from that destiny" after she said that I hugged her back and said "It's my duty has to you has my wife" , after that we separated and I said let's return home , we have to start our plan soon but before that let's enjoy what life has to offer" and we started flying home once again.
