Chapter 161 - Hidden Threats

Meanwhile, back in Garden Tower, Queen Mina and the rest were still waiting for Lev's return before getting confused about what was happening as they could no longer find the dark spot.

"Do you know what was happening?" Yamraiha suddenly asked while looking at the four little penguins eating popcorn. She badly wanted to know what was happening down there as they were too far away to see it.

"We don't. But there is no need to worry as Master was still alive." Skipper answered without getting bothered by worried faces minding their own as if they were watching a movie.

Hearing Skipper's words, Yamraiha, Queen Mira, and the rest could only smile before focusing back on the horizon while their heart was brimming with hopes that he would return alive to them.

Inside the ball,

While everyone was getting worried, Lev could still be seen fighting Ill Ilah inside together with his Djinns. After retracting his nine tails, their situation could only be described as bad seeing them running around while fighting back as Ill Ilah had already turned serious. 

Throughout the battle, Lev thought of forcing Ill Ilah to Infinity Gate or call upon Megatron to deal with this matter, but he stopped doing so as he felt like it was an act of a coward so he endures all the pain, but everything isn't a waste as his skills continue to rise the longer the fight lasted.

"Do you want to engage in swordsmanship again, My King?" Paimon suddenly asked upon seeing Lev taking out his weapons again. She knew it was of little use, but she didn't voice it out since he was the only hope that they had right now.

"Yes." Lev normally replied. He thought that since nine tails took too much burden on him for now, he felt like it was now time to use one of his trump cards seeing Infinities transform to that of Zabimaru.

"But you've already done it before." Paimon replied after hearing Lev.

"It's different now. You just have to believe in me." Lev said before not waiting anymore as he landed down and started running towards Ill Ilah who was on the ground looking at them like they were birds.

"Support the human!" Bastartos said before he also dashed forward and wanted to help Lev with what he was planning now because either way they would probably die if they couldn't kill Ill Ilah right here right now.

Hearing Bastartos, all of the other Djinns then also started heading in formation seeing the others already flying while some already started casting spells despite already feeling so exhausted upon fighting all this time.

"Naive." Ill Ilah said before stretching out his hand and several eight-pointed star magic circles appeared and attacked them first.

On the other hand, Lev continued to run forward without fear while looking at the incoming magic.

"Watch out!!" Phenex shouted upon seeing a magic spell coming towards Lev from which all of the other Djinns looked at Lev in worry as it was already too late to stop it but contrary to their expectations, Lev suddenly made a move.

"Bankai: Hihiō Zabimaru." Lev said from which a sudden burst of aura came off him from which two large snake-looking skeletons appeared and confronted the incoming magic. Knowing that it could not take it, he immediately coated it with Haki seeing it coated in black.

After that, Ill Ilah's magic got blocked or more like devoured by the sudden appearance of a black snake-looking skeleton but that wasn't the end of it upon seeing a dense blast of concentrated energies fire from their mouths and headed straight to Ill Ilah.

"H-How?" Alloces who saw it closely couldn't help but feel shocked by what just happened.

It wasn't just him who was surprised as Ill Ilah himself was the most surprised of them all and he then immediately cast another magic seeing a large Big Dipper appear right in front of him.

"It's futile." Lev said as the two Zabimaru's immediately move sideways coming straight to Ill Ilah leaving his attack to the Djinns on his back. With that, the two Zabimarus' caught Ill Ilah seeing him covered by a round Borg while being inside Zabimarus' mouth.

"In this distance, I'm sure you won't be able to use any tricks." Lev said before using another Hikotsu Taihō at Ill Ilah seeing it being almost eaten by the hardened Zabimarus. In that point-blank position, he could not help but smile and anticipate what would happen to him.

Ill Ilah couldn't properly think what was happening seeing his indestructible Borg started cracking and his eyes suddenly widened upon seeing a very bright light and in an instant, he was directly engulfed by a powerful energy.

...Boom...

Like a laser, Zabimarus' attack flattened an entire mountain and a huge explosion happened gaining everyone's admiration.

"H-He did it." Forneus said as he really saw how Lev's attack hit Ill Ilah at point-blank range but knowing if he was still alive or not is still unknown.

However, all their hopes suddenly disappeared upon seeing a person flying with his skin completely burned seeing its bones outside but what was surprising was that it was healing at a very fast rate.

"I-Its Phenex ability." Astharot said upon seeing Ill Ilah using Phenex's power to heal himself.

"I'm going to kill you all!!!" Ill Ilah angrily shouted before hundreds of eight-pointed star magic circles appeared in the sky not wanting to let them live especially Lev seeing how great of a threat he had become.

"Everyone, everything will be decided after this. I hope you still have the energy to back me up." Lev said while looking at Ill Ilah with a wry smile on his face seeing him still alive, but it was to be expected since the attack he unleashed a while back was only at a level to what he was now.

"Don't worry. Leave us your back and just focus on him." Ugo took the lead as he looked very hopeful upon seeing what just happened. It was also the same with the others seeing them smiling while looking at Lev.

"Then. I will be going out as well." Lev said from which his appearance then transformed again upon calling out all his tails to further increase his strength. Zabimaru, on the other hand, has also changed seeing its body suddenly being coated with ice which made it look more imposing than before. After that, a battle that would decide the fate of the world then happens.

At this moment, several people could now be seen waking up one by one while some were already leaving the place. On the other hand, a number of people also could see staying especially those who fought for their lives earlier before this strange thing happened.

"It's already been two hours, yet we still don't know what was happening." Alibaba said as they already waited for exactly two hours while continuing to look at the strange black ball floating in the sky.

"I already looked at the ball and I'm sure that it was created by some kind of magic, but I don't know what it was." Yunan said that for the two hours of waiting, what he did was to observe the ball and wanted to know what it was.

"Do you know what was happening, Auntie Annie." Aladdin was also the same wanting to find out what was happening as he couldn't wait but to ask Lev's companion if she knew something.

"Let's just wait. Master is still fighting inside." Annie, who was standing quietly beside Morgiana, replied while looking at the ball as she could feel Lev inside fighting with the person they call Ill Ilah.

Hearing Annie, Aladdin and Alibaba couldn't help but feel surprised before looking back at the ball. Yunan and the others, on the other hand, also did the same while thinking about what kind of fight was happening inside for it to last that long.

Meanwhile, the same group of people were also looking at the strange ball with great worry and confusion seeing that it was already two hours, yet they still didn't have any information about their Father.

"Send some of our people and find out what was happening." The woman said while gritting her teeth feeling something was wrong about that ball which she could no longer hold herself but order some of her men.

Hearing the woman, a group of followers then leave the palace heading towards Magnosthad with some kind of teleportation magic as they appeared not that far from the place.

Inside the ball,

Meanwhile, after two hours of struggling, the situation of the place couldn't be described anymore seeing how damaged it was as if an asteroid came crashing on the planet but the most surprising was that there could be found two people in the middle of a huge crater.

Ill Ilah could be found lying on the ground struggling as a sword piercing his heart while Lev, with his right arm gone, was holding the sword with his left while breathing heavily and weakly all the while having several injuries on his body.

Shortly after that, several blue giants also started gathering around looking at the people on the ground.

"This is the end." Lev, who was holding Sword Infinity tightly, weakly said while looking at the struggling Ill Ilah before looking back as to how they cornered him just to achieve this kind of result. Though it was not perfect upon seeing his situation, all is well that ends well.

"C-Curse you!" Ill Ilah couldn't help but curse Lev while feeling that his body was getting weak as the sword already touched his heart and he could no longer use any magic after all his Magoi had completely depleted.

"D-Don't hate me too much as you weren't the only God that I have killed before." Lev lastly said before piercing his heart with Sword Infinity all the way through the ground just to make sure that it ended.

"Aaaaaarrgghhh!!!!!" Ill Ilah struggled to get away, but it didn't take long before his voice faded until finally losing his life seeing him quiet while lying on the ground with its lifeless eyes staring at Lev.

[Ill Ilah has been killed.]

Seeing the notifications, Lev couldn't help but smile before falling on his knees while using Sword Infinity to support himself from lying down as he could feel himself already on the verge of destructing but that was when a sudden fire engulfed and started healing him.

"W-We really killed Ill Ilah. Praise Lev! No. Praise King Lev!" Ugo couldn't help but blurt out seeing Ill Ilah's body had no life anymore. He then immediately kneeled down to the ground as he looked at Lev admiringly.

Hearing Ugo, the rest of the Djinn also did the same with their hearts completely filled with joy seeing the world was finally saved now. Phenex, on the other hand, was also smiling while being behind Lev's back using the remaining ounce of her power to heal him.

Lev looked at them before he took out a magic bean and ate a bunch of it from which all his wounds and injuries stopped bleeding while feeling his strength slowly coming back to him. Following this, he then just told everyone to feel at ease as he looked at the dead body of Ill Ilah with a smile on his face.

"Arise." Lev said and a sudden death aura covered the whole place causing the Djinns to be on guard thinking Ill Ilah was still alive but somehow it returned to normal. After that, he just continues before finally losing all his chances.

"It's a complete shame." Lev said looking at the dead body of Ill Ilah. He could not help but feel a little disappointed after not acquiring him as his shadow soldier, but he didn't dwell deeply on it since everything was still a success. After that, he just looked at his severed arm slowly regenerating.

"It's time to go back." Lev said while looking at Ugo at the rest.

On the other hand, all of the people in the area couldn't help but stand up after seeing the black ball start to crumble from which they immediately put their guards up not knowing what was happening, and it didn't take long before they saw something or someone floating in the sky.

"It's Uncle Lev!!!" Aladdin was the first to react upon seeing that it was Lev who came out but after seeing several Djinns beside him, he couldn't help but feel surprised by this situation.

"Djinns." Yunan couldn't help but gulp hard seeing them gathering around Lev while thinking just how he did it.

Seeing the people below, Lev and his Djinns then landed down seeing that the catastrophe finally ended. After that, he was greeted by the worried Annie and Morgiana who were already crying upon seeing one of his arms was gone.

"Master." Annie said while looking at Lev with great relief even though he just lost an arm since what's more important is that he was alive.

Seeing the Djinns closely, the people couldn't help but stiffen not knowing how to react especially those who saw them for the first time in their lives.

"Aladdin." Ugo, who was behind Lev, called out as he looked at Aladdin who was already crying in front of him.

"Ugo." Aladdin couldn't hold on anymore but flew towards Ugo seeing him really alive.

Right after that, a reunion then happened especially towards the original contractors of the Djinns, but it didn't last long as it was being interrupted.

"Just what are you?" Yunan asked curiously together with Lady Scheherazade upon thinking that Lev wasn't human anymore seeing how many Djinns he had and the powers that he showed a while back.

Hearing such a question, all of the people couldn't help but listen as they also wanted to know that since it really wasn't normal no matter how you look at it.

"Magi, be careful of words." Zepar butted in and warned while looking at Yunan. He was now not bound to the idea of respecting any Magi as the only person he decided to serve now was Lev who was even more special than a Magi.

Yunan and Lady Scheherazade couldn't help but feel shocked upon seeing a Djinn treat them like that as all that they encountered throughout their lives has been treated them with respect.

"Well, that's not what is important here." Ugo then calmed down the atmosphere seeing it becoming awkward and intense.

Yunan and Lady Scheherazade looked at Ugo which made their body stiffen after being too shocked seeing how familiar he was.

"One thing for sure is that Ill Ilah wouldn't harm this world anymore." Ugo said calmly seeing that the world would come back to normal now.

"But the threat was still there." Lev said as he stretched out Infinity to the sky and moved it down to the ground.

"Bararaq Saika." Lev used an ability in which a strike of lighting then destroyed a certain location as he smiled seeing how those Al Thamen followers got erased in existence.

"David and Al Thamen were still around." Lev said before he looked at the shocked expressions of everyone upon seeing him using an Extreme Magic without Djinn Equipping.

Right after that, Lev and the others just talked there, especially towards the Djinns. Yunan and Lady Scheherazade could only stay put seeing that they couldn't or didn't have the courage to talk to Lev as several Djinns kept on looking at them.

Kou Empire Palace,

At this moment, a woman can now be seen kneeling on the ground as she cries while looking at the projection. The people beside her also felt shocked seeing what just happened as they couldn't accept it.

"F-Father. Father is dead." The woman said with anger as they really couldn't feel his presence anymore.

"Know about that man's identity and take revenge on Father!!" The woman angrily ordered with blood already flowing from her mouth and eyes seeing how angry she was at the moment.

"Revenge our Father!!" The followers then chanted which they then left one by one heading somewhere.

"Don't think you could get away with this." The woman said deep anger printing Lev's face on her mind before she walked out of the palace.

After minutes of talking, the time to leave was coming near seeing Ugo was the only Djinn who stayed outside still calming down Aladdin.

"Aladdin, it was nice being your friend. Our parting this time wasn't an end. We will still see each other sometime." Ugo said. After all that happened, he has already decided to follow Lev, or more like he didn't have a choice but to follow.

"Really?" Aladdin asked after hearing Ugo. He already thought that he was dead some time ago and the thought that he would leave again made him sad.

"Yes. You just need to find King Lev if you want to see me." Ugo said before he stood up beside Lev seeing that he already took too much time but also because he still had another thing to do.

"See you, Aladdin." Ugo lastly said before a gate appeared on his back from which he entered and returned back to Infinity World.

"You can visit Artemyra if you want as I will now announce that the country will now open for those who want to visit." Lev said while looking toward Aladdin and the others before looking toward Lady Scheherazade.

"I hope Reim would also open up for us." Lev lastly said while smiling before he, Annie, and Morgiana were devoured by the shadow and disappeared in the area leaving everyone in a trance.

Hearing Lev's last words, Lady Scheherazade couldn't help but shudder in her place, and the same with her men thinking what would happen if they didn't allow them to do it. They then just took their leave after bidding farewell as they still had many things to do.

Shortly after that, the people got busy, some started rebuilding the place while some mourned from the dead, some were leaving, and some were already seeing their vision towards another adventure.
