"It's fine. I won't go far. Can you sit by yourself for a while?" Hester tried to pacify him.
Ronan was reluctant to let her go at all. It seemed that he was about to cry, "I... I'm scared..."
Zoey saw Ronan's strange look, and she said, "Forget it. But why do you take him to come for me?"
"We're here to see Glen," Hester said straightforwardly. "Don't say that you don't know Glen. Tell him that Ronan is with me. And don't let the Coopers mess things up."
When Zoey heard Glen's name, she remained calm and she did not lose her composure as before.
She couldn't help but say, "Hester, do you believe that Ronan was robbed and that you happened to witness it? What a coincidence!"
Zoey wanted to call Hester over to tell her about it, but since Ronan didn't let go, she just said it before him.
Hester glanced at Ronan, who was sitting there quietly. Other than not letting her go, he looked normal as if there was nothing wrong with him.
