"Are you here to take his food?" Their mother asked when Lyre went downstairs that evening.
"Yes, mom." Lyre nodded with a smile.
"Here you go." She gave him a tray she had already prepared for him. "I'm glad that Rain has someone like you taking care of him."
"It's nothing." Lyre beamed. "Had I been the sick one, Rain would have taken care of me.
I'm just doing what I know that he will do had I been the sick one."
"Yet, I'm happy he found you." She caressed his hair. "You are the best thing that had happened to my family this year."
"I'm glad you think so."
Beaming, Lyre carried the food upstairs, to Rain.

"I'm leaving tonight." Rain said when he stepped out of the bathroom.
Unbelievably, the moment he wholeheartedly accepted to return to his kingdom, his strength returned to him.
None of them can pinpoint how possible that was, but they never bothered to rest on that.
"That's good." Lyre grinned. "The earlier, the better."
