what does he mean not just yet

Well after I found out that he was a human and a dog I called him wolf man because it symbolizes as dog/man sometimes I wonder what goes on in his head and why did he say he didn't want to scare me not just yet I always thought about that until..

I can home to find trash, magazines, everything everywhere I looked for wolf man but couldn't him I found a not it said " like I said I didn't want to scare you just yet but if u want to find me come to the top of the hill and that's what I did I found him lying on the floor

Looking like he was staving and he was cut everywhere I asked him what happen but he said nothing he's been like that for the past few days I gotta figure out what's wrong with him before it gets worse he

After that I took him to the vet they said he is suffering from a disease that they do not know of so I stayed by his side everyday wondering when he will feel better

Until I asked him what do u mean by you don't want to scare me and well he said their is a side you don't know and you will never know it.
