The Aftermath

After defeating the entity, Michael emerged from the building a changed man. He had stared into the abyss and come out the other side, a survivor. He quit his job and left the building behind, never looking back.

But the experience had left its mark on him, and he would never forget the horrors he had faced. As he moved on with his life, he found himself constantly looking over his shoulder, always aware of the malevolent forces that lurked in the shadows.
