Dominick's POV
"Are you set?" I asked Luna as she approached the car.
"Yes, all done. My bag is already inside the car," she said, glancing around at the surroundings.
"Are you looking for Alen?" I asked, opening the car door. "He went on an errand with Selene, so get in," I motioned inside the car.
She nodded, a hint of disappointment in her gray eyes as she entered the car.
She was probably sad that she didn't get to say goodbye to Alen, but I had a feeling that something was wrong between the two of them.
I got into the car and started the engine, quickly exiting the mansion.
"So, let's go over the rules," I began, tapping my fingers on the steering wheel. "I won't be stopping this car for any reason until we arrive at our destination."
"Okay," she breathed, nodding slowly.
"When we arrive, you're not to leave my sight or even speak to anyone without my permission."
