Chapter 6 - Challenge.

Kenshin woke up early in the morning and Kyoko prepared a good breakfast for both, after eating he headed out for the city's dojo, it was time to do what he came here for, fight.

He didn't need to walk much before reaching the dojo, it was as beautiful as every other house in the city and spacious, probably the master there had at least 50 disciples.

"Long time since i saw Master Hori, i wonder how things are going now." Kenshin knocked at the door and patiently waited for someone to come and open it.

Before long a young girl opened it and greeted him, when she saw him he was immediately conducted inside as the dojo's master really loved Kenshin, she asked him to wait a bit while she went there to call her.

This was a females-only dojo, the master was in the top 20 of all the 128 masters that kept watch over the 128 cities of this country.

Kenshin had to wait a long, looong time. He played chess with some disciples, he heard the singing of a talented disciple, he walked around the dojo a few times, he went through at least two hours of waiting before Master Hori appeared before his eyes.

She was just stunning, her beauty was unmatched, with big red lips, super rare red eyes, the facial features that would make anyone go crazy and a body that had perfect proportions, also she was wearing a tight purple dress that highlighted her curves.

"Fufufu, oh my, it's been a long time since you last visited me Kenshin, you shouldn't let your beloved woman waiting for so long, did you like my dress? I bought it yesterday when i heard you were in the city just for you." Master Hori jumped at him trying to wrap him in her arms but he swiftly dodged her and she lost her balance almost falling.

"My beloved woman? The only girl i truly love is my beloved Kyoko, and about the dress, isn't it weird to fight in such a dress? That would be troublesome." Kenshin was already scratching her head, this woman always recaptioned him like this, she was truly a troublesome woman.

"Ooh my poor heart, i know deep down you love me and want me to be your wife my baby, but about fighting, i only want to have a fight in the bedroom with you, come with me my bed is big enough for the two of us to do wonders." Trying to seduce him she thought it was good enough to convince him this time so she jumped to his arms, only to notice that he was avoiding her again, this time hitting her face on the floor.

"Ouch, that's not how you treat a damsel, you should hug me with your manly arms and take me to the bed you know?" Even with the fall she wasn't hurt at all, her face was resistant enough to withstand this without any problem.

"You didn't understand did you? I'm here to fight you, my heart lives only for the sword and not for any carnal desires!" Kenshin put his hand on his chest and talked as an honored swordsman.

"I can live by your sword too, just show it to me, i bet it's big." She went to try and grab his crotch but again he easily stepped out of her way.

"I'm talking about fighting, a fair fight without anything romantic or sexual, got it?" He was really starting to get annoyed at this crazy woman's behavior.

"Ok ok, let's do as you want, but if i win i want a date with you ok?" She stood up and threw her dress away, below it there was a perfect fighting garment.

"Sigh, I accept your conditions, if you win we go on a date." Even if she had this weird desire he still wanted to fight her, and it wasn't like she would win.

They locked eyes as they prepared for the fight, pulling their swords they bowed as a greet and Master Hori dashed towards Kenshin.

He deflected her sword without any difficulty and punched her stomach, sending her to the other side of the room.

"Gasp! Aarrrgh, why are you so mean to me? I love you! Let's marry and have a family." After being hit like that by the man she loved she was flabbergasted.

"Leave this talk to after we finish the fight." She was still trying to flirt with him even now, Kenshin was really amazed by her persistence.

With a step he reached her, he was moving like a phantom, it was impossible to see his movements, it just looked like he disappeared and appeared in front of his opponent.

*Clang*Clang* they exchanged blows at an absurd speed and she was retreating every second, soon she would be cornered but there was nothing she could do, even if her speed was absurd and almost no one could catch up with her, she still couldn't even properly see his movements, he was just way faster.

*Slash* Kenshin got one in, she couldn't defend and the sword hit her, but she was fast enough to jump back and get away with just a small cut, but now she had nowhere to retreat.

With a jump Kenshin went back to the middle of their fighting arena, he was just leaving some space because he didn't want to take advantage of cornering her.

"Come, it would be really bad if it ended like this right?" Waving his hand at her he waited for her movement.

"Oooh my Kenshin, i knew that my Kenshin deep down was a gentleman, thank you." Jumping to the center again she locked eyes with him and started preparing.

Both holding their swords with both hands in front of themselves the swords started emitting a beautiful green light, but suddenly they turned into the light itself and disappeared dissolving in the environment.

Around Master Hori a gigantic and big image of a red fox appeared, it was so real that even real foxes couldn't compare, and the aura it emitted was like it could wipe away the entire city.

As for Kenshin, around him a frightening skeleton appeared emitting an even more powerful aura that sent shivers down the spine of every person watching the fight, they all felt that if they didn't kneel and beg for mercy their lives would end right now, it was impossible to escape.

"It used to be so warm Kenshin, i remember the Blue Phoenix, but now it's just a skeleton that looks frightening, why did this have to happen?" Instead of fighting she wanted to cry now, that was a sad sight.

"Hey, it's how it is now, surely i miss the old times, but there's nothing we can do." Kenshin was also a bit sad seeing the sword spirit around him.
