'Never let me go will you'

She said running while holding his hand.

' I won't baby, I could never let you go'

Lena's POV

She woke up from her dream startled.                       Who was that? A past memory? I don't know, let's not think about it.  Anyway that was strange.

She got up and did her morning routine. She cooked breakfast to herself and to her roommate.

author's POV

Lena is a 19 year old collage student. She lives in an apartment with her roommate. She is an introvert, hardly goes to parties and occasions. Does part time job in a cafe not so far from her apartment. Have a bestfriend named Haera, who won't leave her no matter what. They both are studying business

' What's with the long face?' Haera interrupted.

' Huh, me?' Lena asked.

Haera was waiting her outside the collage. She was standing leaning to the wall of school.

'Yes, YOU , Is there anyone else here beside you and me?' Haera stated the obvious.

'I don't know I am feeling strange. Feels like I don't remember something or someone? Why is this feeling though?'

' I don't have a solution for that'

' ...., why do you even bother to ask me then?'

'maan, don't take it to heart, tell me , do you have a solution for something like this? If it is happening to me.'

'no?' Lena said confused.

' Let's just head to our class , shall we? And try taking it off your mind , maybe it could help.'

They both got inside their classroom. There were about 70 or 75 students in the lecture hall. They all were waiting for the lecturer. They both seated in their seats obviously together.

Lena was still in deep thoughts. She couldn't let go of the feeling in her head. Haera noticed it and gave her a nice smack on her head.

'ow ow , why would you do that?'

Haera just shrugged. ' I think I said something to you about thinking earlier.'

'Like I had a choice, Why are you so against me thinking?'

' Your small brain couldn't hold it that's why'

' Says whose brain is small as an ant.'

'....I take that back. You are smart and I am dumb. No use in telling you.'

' Anyway don't you think it's taking so long ?'

' What?'

' I mean the lecturer.'

'You're right'

Suddenly some people came inside. They started checking everyone. They checked their bags , clothes and their seats . Lena and Haera was at the second last row. They were clueless about what was happening there.

Haera asked the girl behind her what was happening there.

' Um, do you by any chance know what's happening here?'

'There has been a rumour going around that there was a murder among the upperclassmen. They are looking for the murderer, I think.' Girl replied.

'Oh, it's scary to think about.'

Lena was listening everything.  She felt fear.
