Visit to Lily (18)

She started thinking about her life so far. Harrison flew back and forth to see her and he was very handsome. She had to admit she did have a crush on him but after he was going to force her to be Kimberly she did not trust him.

Marcus was always by her side and she loved how safe she felt with him. Kimberly came a few more times in her dreams.

She was a beautiful woman always smiling. She wanted to know who she was to these two men and always got the same answer. "One is your true love."

Which one was it? Harrison just wanted Kimberly back and she did have her heart. Kimberly was Harrison true love.

Marcus was Kimberly's best friend and he admits he loved her very much. Then there was Lily. The little girl called her every day just to talk. She was falling for her too.

Since she could not train with the dolphins right now she decided to go to see Lily off on her first day of school.

They flew into airport. Harrison came to pick them up hoping he could get her to start trusting him a little.

Lily was excited when she seen the two people she missed walking off the plane.

"Ariel you came. I missed you so much." she ran into Ariel's arms.

"Hey red, what about me?" Marcus said.

"I missed you to Uncle Marcus." She ran over to him and he scooped her up to carry her.

"How long can you stay Ariel?" She asked.

"A few days. Then I need to return."

"You will stay with us right?" Lily asked.

"Yes, they will." Harrison said.

Ariel look at Marcus with a puzzled look.

"Harry, I think it best if we stay in a hotel." He said.

"No, please Ariel stay with me. Dad got one of the guest rooms all ready for you." Lily cried.

"Don't call me Harry, Ariel please she misses you very much. I promise nothing will happen."

"Ok, Marcus let's stay with Lily." Ariel said then she heard the squeals of happiness from Lily.

Harrison smile he won the first round.

They stopped off at a restaurant before heading home.

"Marcus while you are here could you come help me with some problems at the office?" Harrison asked.

"Sure, What kind of problems?"

"One is the river front project. The other is with the Sunville park. There system seems to be acting up. I need your magic touch."

"Ok Harry, I'll help you out."

"Please don't call me Harry."

"Why do you call him Harry?" Ariel asked.

"You want to tell her Harry, or should I?" Marcus said with a smile.

"He thinks it funny. When I was younger I loved magic and one Halloween I dressed as Harry Houdini. He has called me Harry ever since." Harrison explained.

"My brother is not telling you the whole truth. Harry was really good at magic. He could even do escape tricks. He gave it up when a trick went wrong and Kimmy was scared she would lose him. He stopped all magic then." Marcus said. "He was really good."

Harrison then pulled a quarter out of Ariel's ear. She laughed.

"I love magic." She said.

This made Harrison's heart flutter. He wanted to do more to please her.

"I guess I need to put on a show for you and Lily."

When their meal was done they headed back to the house. Mrs. Potter the nanny took Lily to have a bath and get ready for bed.

"Why can't Ariel give me a bath?" she yelled.

"Miss Lily, she is a guest and we do not make guest work now do we?" She said carrying the little girl out.

Ariel felt a little sad. Harrison carried her things to the third floor. "This is your room. Lily help decorate it." he said.

The room was beautiful. It looked like an underwater bedroom with shells and bubbles everywhere. It was a Mermaids dream.

"Thank you it beautiful." She said touching one of the lamps.

"I'll leave you to rest. If you need anything just asked."

As he turned to leave he spotted Marcus in the doorway.

As he walked out Marcus followed. "What are you doing?"

"Trying to get her to trust me. I don't plan on letting her be with anyone but me." Harrison said.

"She is not your wife. Why? Why are you doing this?"

"She makes my heart beat like Kimberly use to. I miss that kind of feeling."

"Harrison, I am in love with her. Please don't hurt her." Marcus pleaded.

Harrison knew his brother was serious because he did not say Harry but how could he give up on what his daughter and his heart wanted.

"I won't hurt her but I won't give up either. May the best man win." He then walked downstairs to his office.

Marcus knocked on Ariel's door.

"Come in." She said coming out of the closet.

"Getting unpacked?"

"Yes, this room is pretty." she said.

"Be careful around my brother. He said he was not giving up on you." Marcus said.

"I got that feeling. Why is he doing this to me? I am not his wife just cause I have her heart. I hate this."

He walked over and pulled her into his arms. "I'm here anytime you need me. I thought tomorrow after dropping Lily off at school you might want to visit your old friends. You can use my car and one of Harrison's drivers."

"Thanks. I would like to visit them." she said leaning into him. He always made her feel safe and even though she knew he had feelings for her he did not push her to have more then just being friends.

When he left he headed down the stairs and Lily was running up.

"Woe little red were you going?" he asked.

"I want Ariel to tuck me in and tell me a story." she said batting her eyes.

"Ok but knock first."

"Will do Uncle Marcus. I love you."

She ran up the stairs then disappeared around the corner.

Marcus laughed and headed to talk more with Harrison.
