"I can, she gave me medical power if needed." Harper said.

"Ok, then it's you I need to explain this to the best. Miss Thomas here was poisoned by the drug KDA and this fried her lung follicles. It makes it hard for her to get oxygen to her body parts."

"I just developed a new way of going into the lungs and repairing these follicles."

"Then just do it." Marcus said.

"One, I need permission and two she only has a thirty percent chance of making it."

Everyone went quite. "Give us the best and worse case." Harrison said.

"Alright Best case 1 with out surgery. She lives a life in and out of the hospital always needing to be on oxygen. Also needing care 24/7. Best case 2 with surgery. She recovers goes back to doing everything she loves. Worst case 1 with out surgery. Her next attacked kills her. Worst case 2 with surgery she dies during the 12 hour operation."

"When do we need to decide?" Harper asked.

"The window is now. It will take me about 8 hours to get everything set up and I would like a good sleep. Still a little jet lagged. I'll go to the hotel now and you have 8 hours to decide. When I come back I will either get the OR ready or plan to return over seas."

"Doctor I want the surgery. I'll sign any paper myself. Harper can only decide if I am in a coma and I'm not right now." Ariel said.

"Do you understand what I said."

"I will die one way or another without the surgery. I have thirty percent change to recover and swim again. If I don't try then I am giving up on my dreams." She said.

"Alright, I'll have them bring the paper work. I get them started on preparing the OR while I get some rest. We will start when I return." Doctor Kim said. He then walked out leaving everyone in a daze.

Marcus walked over and took her hand. "Are you sure?"

"I have not been more sure. Harrison please bring Lily over I want to talk to her before all this happens." She asked.

"Sure, I will have Mr. June bring her over now. Marcus do you want me to bring everyone dinner."

"Yes, I don't think any of us are leaving. So it would be nice to eat as a family for once."

"Harry, let me do it please." Harper said.

"Ok, I'll let you."

Harper went out and call Heather, "Hey Mama Heather, Ariel is in the hospital as you know. She is going to have a surgery that will either fix her lungs or kill her. I thought you would want to be here for her. Could you also have food for 10 sent over. I'll pay for everything."

Ariel sat with her oxygen on listening to Marcus try to convince her not to go through it.

"Sweetheart thirty percent is not good odds. I don't want to lose you when I just got you."

"This is my decision. If there is a chance to get better I want to take it. I want to swim and run. I want to have children with you. I only had a twenty percent chance to live through a heart transplant and I did it. I only had a small percentage to wake up from the drug overdose and I did."

"You want to have children with me." he said.

"Out of all that, you focus on children." She laughs. "With my health now I will never be able to have a child. It would be to risky because my body would not give the child enough oxygen. Yes, I want children with you. Lots of children with you."

"Ok, I love you and if you go through with this then we get married now. I'll be right back." He ran out of the room.

"Harper I need your help. Do you stay in touch with Judge Parker?" Marcus ask.

"Yah, why?" He asked hanging up the phone with Heather.

"I need you to help me arrange for a name change and a marriage tonight."

"Ok, but you will owe me big time. I was saving this favor he owes me for something important."

"You name it and it's yours." Marcus said.

After a few calls made and receiving some faxed documents. Judge Parker, Heather Lord and Lily showed up.

Lily ran into the room to see Ariel.

"Thanks Denny for coming. This will make us square." Harper said.

"Harry I'm glad to help. Where is this friend of yours."

"Richie can you come out here please." Harper yelled. "Mama Heather go on in with the food. Just remember she can't eat."

Heather walked in as Marcus came out. "Richie this is Denny, I mean Judge Parker. He needs to talk to you."

"Hi, I'm Marcus McKenna and I would like to change my name to Marcus Jensen. I would also like to marry my Mermaid before she goes in for surgery."

"Harry I think you will now owe me one after this. Why does Harry call you Richie? A who is a Mermaid?"

"They guys call me Richie cause my father is rich and his money sent me to a reform bootcamp. We call him Harper cause he harps at us like an old lady." Marcus explains.

"That is Harry alright."

"Ariel Thomas is the girl I want to marry. She plays a Mermaid at the Aquarium park. It is what she really loves to do."

"Ok I get it now. Did the papers I needed get sent over?" He asked.

"Yes, right hear." Harper said handing him the folder.

"Alright fill these out." He said handing them to Marcus.

Marcus takes a seat and starts writing. It takes some time to fill them all out. The online form was easier.

When he was done the Judge then asked him. "By legally changing your name it does not cancel out any debt you have with your former name. You must file within 30 days with the state and federal agencies including Social security, and motor vehicle. Do you understand."

"Yes, I do." Marcus said.

The Judge then signed and sealed the documents. "Harry, go get copies of this right away."

Harper ran down to the nurses station and came right back. "Here is your copy. I'll file this one with the courts in the morning but you are now 'Marcus James Jensen' Let me be the first to shake your hand."
