Bragging

"Weak Librarian? Pfft..."

Just like Aiden guessed, Andras immediately spat out blood in anger. He wanted to say something though but it seems like his anger got the best of him and he couldn't control himself in the end.

"Hehe, never mind, I'm Chelsea. I am from the Mage Association," Chelsea said, revealing her identity with a smile.

*********

"Mage Association?"

On the other end, Aiden was gobsmacked. He couldn't believe that Chelsea was from the Mage Association.

In fact, those around him, including Ace had an even stronger reaction as they all knew the essence of the Mage Association. Gasps continued to ring through the crowd after Chelsea introduced herself.

They couldn't help themselves. After all, the name of the Mage Association was just too great.

The Mage Association was just like

its name suggested and association that managed Mages.

The Association had everything it could use to manage Mages. Be it a judiciary system, executive or even a legislative system, the Association haad it all.

Due to this, the Mage Association was known as the strongest Association within the entire universe. It was the place where all the strongest mages in the universe could be found.

Although the Mage Association was the most powerful Association in the universe, it didn't mean it could be found everywhere. A testament of this fact would be the fact that there wasn't even a branch in Phoenix City.

This was the reason why the crowd reacted the way they did when they heard of Chelsea's origins. After all, someone who came from the Mage Association would be nothing but extraordinary.

************

"Mage Association? There is no way you can be from the Mage Association!"

Whilst Aiden and the others were shocked beyond comprehension, Andras on the other hand almost lost consciousness when he heard of Chelsea's origins.

Unlike many people here who had no idea about how truely powerful the Mage Association was, he knew very well. He had been in the Mage Association before and he had seen what they were capable of. After all, he was working for someone in the Mage Association after all.

In fact, what teenagers in the Mage Association accomplished was something that he would never be able to accomplish in his life.

Talent? Hehe, the Mage Association haad it all. Techniques? They also had it all.

That is why he was so shocked when Chelsea said she was from the Mage Association. If what she said was really true, then he was definitely doomed.

************

"HM? You don't believe me? Well, not that I care either way," Chelsea said before snapping her fingers.

After she snapped her fingers, Mr Hodge and Andras both floated towards her. They both struggled hard to free themselves.

Andras in particular continued to struggle more fiecely with fear in his eyes. He seemed to know what was going to happen to him from now. However, all his struggles were useless as he was eventually pulled to Chelsea.

Just before they reached her, they vanished into thin air greatly confusing Aiden.

Could they have escaped? Aiden thought. Yet looking at Chelsea's carefree expression, he could tell that something was definitely wrong.

After Andras and Mr Hodge vanished, Chelsea turned her sights to Ghost Face who was slowly backing away.

Without doubt, he was planning to use the confusion and chaos to escape at the heat of the moment. Unluckly for him, he was spotted by Chelsea. Snapping her fingers again, Ghost Face, and all his followers started to vanish one after the other.

After doing all this though, she finally turned her sights at Aiden. She then slowly descended to the ground before walking to him with a smile.

"Are you surprised?"

She asked with a teasing smile.

"Yeah, you could say that. I never expected the 'weak librarian' to be so powerful," Aiden rolled his eyes.

Just then, Ace leaned towards him and asked,

"You know her?"

"Of course, I know her. She is the Librarian at the City Library," Aiden replied to which Ace revealed a mischecious smile.

"I now understand why you like to visit the Library so much!"

"What the hell are you saying?" Aiden rolled hiss eyes yet again. He couldn't help but cast a glance at Chelsea as he did though.

Chelsea was indeed beautiful. She could be described as the woman of every man's dreams. With a perfect face and bountiful assets, there was no way any man would deny her.

However, he had never had hose thoughts about here though. He simply didn't have any interest in her.

"Who is this?"

Whilst they were talking though, Chelsea approached and asked about Ace.

"Oh, he is—"

"I am Ace. Aiden's best friend. I am pleased to meet you!"

Before Aiden could even introduced him, Ace quickly interrupted him and introduced himself. Moreover, he even bowed as he did as if they were in the old europian era.

Seeing this, Aiden couldn't hell but mutter under his breath.

"Shameless!"

Ace seemed to have heard this though but he ingnored him and continued to stare at Chelsea. Without doubt, he was interested in her.

Chelsea on the other hand, didn't seem to care that much as she turned to Ace.

"Ace, huh?"

"Yes," Ace answered.

"Aiden have told me about you!" Chelsea said.

Hearing this, Aiden nearly choked on his own saliva. When sidid he ever talk about Ace at the library? He had never done so before.

"When did I—"

Aiden was about to ask about it when he felt a deadly glare that made him flinch. Turning his head, in the direction of the glare, he realised it was coming from Chelsea. She was trying to warn him not to talk about it.

"Oh he have? He is indeed a good brother. The only thing is that he isnt as handsome as me!"

Ace didn't seem to have noticed this and continued to brag about himself.

Aiden on the other hand nearly slapped him to death when he heard what Ace was saying.
