Chapter 26: Concert Mayhem
At Aurelie’s suggestion, her three friends jumped up in excitement.
“Really?” Anna squealed. “You’ll get us into a Select Hospitality concert?”
“That would be awesome!” Brian and Jason agreed.
It warmed Aurelie’s heart to see her friends’ happiness.
“Yes, let’s go. I’ll drive,” she offered.
They made sure the horses were fed for the evening, and everyone had water, before crowding into Aurelie’s small car.
“Let me get the address.” Aurelie paused before turning on the car.
She texted Ross, who replied immediately.
“Come around to the side when you arrive,” he also texted. “I’ll meet you and bring you to see Tobin during the break.”
Aurelie felt a thrill of excitement charge her heart and drove off singing ‘Soul to Soul’ with the rest of her friends.
