2.09: The Resonance Style!

The Red Star High students stood tall with rage toward the newcomers. "Oh…why are you all hostile? It is not like this school can produce a single prospect."

"Okay, now you've pushed it!"

"You're about to get a human knuckle sandwich!"

Simmi came closer to Dyella. "May I?"

"Just warning shots…no bloodshed, please?"

Simmi stood back and began humming. "Mmm-Mmm."Her eyes shined bright blue as she pulled out her weapon. "SHADOWSTICK!!" A short bow retracted, and she fired an arrow into the sky.

~RESONANCE STYLE: LINK FALL!!

All the students looked like a rainstorm of arrows had come flying down.

"AHHH! LOOK OUT!"

"THEY REALLY WANT TO END US!!"

~ICE PROWESSS: ICE DOME!!

CRSSHH!!

An ice barrier blocked all the falling arrows before they reached the ground. "Well, that was a close one…" Yuki arrived at the entrance with Gale Wind and Sarah. Everyone stood back and left it to us.

"YES, IT'S YUKI AND SARAH!!"

"GALE WIND IS HERE TOO! THE STRONGEST IN THE WHOLE SCHOOL!!"

Dyella turned to him as they stated that. "Strongest, you say?"

He did not flinch or give her a single sense of attention. ("My resonance style cannot determine his prowess type, but I can see he has an overall of 95…that's not good.) Gale Wind, I have always been a fan of yours. Why have you stopped your streams and coward behind your camera?" Sky taunted. "Dyella, with all respect, you can leave Ice Man to me. I will take care of Gale Wind later."

She just smiled and nodded her head. "Des, Mari. The female is your job then."

"Affirmative!" They took their weapons out and set their sight on Sarah.

"That leaves you and me, Gale Wind." Dyella started approaching them at a slow pace. "This is perfect timing! You will help us display the Resonance Style of Blue Eclipse Academy."

BWOOSH!

Skye charged at Yuki without warning and began their brawl.

("TCH! He's fast, I might have to use-")

"Beast Prowess?"

"…" Yuki was struck by how he heard his self-talk.

"Go ahead; I want to see what it looks like before you lose it."

~ICE PROWESS: NINE LIVES!!

CRSHH!!

He froze Skye and attacked Dyella right after. "ICE PROWESS: NINE-"

SMASH!!

Out of nowhere, Skye returned to give Yuki a challenge. "Well, that was fun when it lasted…"

~RESONANT STYLE: PULSE PUSH!!

KKZZ!

KICK!

He kicked him away from Yuki and stood his ground. "Now, for the fun fight…"

BWOOSH!!

He dashed to Gale now. "PULSE PUSH!!"

KKZZ!

His attack hit him, and Skye sped up to close the gap. "EASY!"

"Is it?"

"Huh-"

~WIND PROWESS: AIRBOURNE HEEL!

SMACK!

Gale struck him with a heel kick on his forehead, leaving him unconscious.

~WIND PROWESS: CYCLONE!!

KICK!!

SMASH!!!

Skye was sent miles away from the school as all the students began cheering him on.

"YEAH!! THAT'S THE POWER OF GALE WIND!"

"DID YOU SEE HIS FACE?! IT GOT TURNED INTO SQUASH!"

Dyella kept her composure as a drop of blood slid down her cheek. "Well…I see your strength speaks for itself.."

"Firstly, your stupid pawn was not a threat to me. Secondly, I could have killed him if I wanted to with his arrogance. And thirdly, you will now state your intentions or end up like him."

"Really? And what makes you think I would abide by that request."

"You have no choice either way."
