0.09: Battle of Nations

The decisive moment they had arrived for the team. It was the final push for their efforts to reclaim Rooftops and assist Sanji. Despite the suspicious atmosphere heightened by the rain, they remained determined to carry out their mission.Tedashii and Brianna arrived at the church where everyone had gathered to crown Konami as the new princess of the Rooftops.

"Congratulations Coco. You are now my secondary eyes and lips. I'm proud of you." Sanji said as he rubbed his hand on her hair.

"Hehehe, thanks Sanji. I promise not to disappoint you!"

The whole castle went quiet.

"Sanji? Who is that??" Mikoto asked.

Tedashii quickly ran to her and then picked her up.

"HAHA!! Come on, Konami; stop calling him by that nickname you've always used!"

"…Y-Yeah, HAHAHA!" Sanji also laughed. "Anyways! Ladies and Baronets, PRINCESS KONAMI!!!"

Everyone chanted Konami's name and then chanted Sanji's stage name as well.

HAIL KING CHEYZAR!

Tedashii called Sasha, Konami, and Suzuki aside to tell them about the plan.

"What?!" Sasha asked as she couldn't believe what they were saying.

"Yes, that is our plan. Sasha, I will need you and the rest to go with Brianna back to Yuri. I will handle things on my own here." Tedashii said.

But Suzuki stood next to him like a soldier.

"Eh?! So, what are you doing?"

Suzuki began to hum his plan to Tedashii. Brianna and the others could not understand his words, but Tedashii kept listening.

"Yeah. That could work. Nice thinking, Su." Tedashii smiled at him, then looked back at him. "HOW THE HELL DID I UNDERSTAND THAT?!!"

That was the question everyone was asking. He then shook his head and allowed Suzuki to stay with him.

"WHAT? That's unfair!! I want to stay, too!" Konami demanded.

"It will be too dangerous if you stay back. You are better off if-"

"I'm the princess of the Rooftops. Don't you think it would be suspicious if I also left with them?"

They didn't want to risk her staying, but…yet again…she had a point.

Tedashii kept thinking until he finally made up his mind.

"Alright. Konami is staying with us. Brianna and Sasha, you should tell Yuri to wait for my signal."

Sasha shook her head and followed Brianna. Before they left, Brianna looked back at Tedashii.

"Good luck, and be careful!" she said.

Tedashii smiled and sent a thumbs-up her way.

"What do you need luck with, Fugin?"

They turned around and were not surprised to see Sanji with Lady.

"(So she is the villain? Now I know who to target after you.)" Tedashii said to himself. "What? No, they just wanted me to enjoy time without them. They think I won't have fun without them here, can you believe it? He-he-he?"

Sanji looked by the entrance and saw they were rushing to exit the castle. Then, the warning came to his attention.

"SHUT DOWN THE GATES!!" He ordered the gatekeepers. And without hesitation, they closed the exits. Brianna and Sasha were now shut inside as well.

"Oh no. Do you think we got caught?" Sasha asked.

~ SECOND TO NON!!~

Sanji summoned Rotanoria and flew towards them.

SLAM!!

"Sasha, maiden no. 14… Where are you guys going?" He asked.

They tried their best not to sweat knowing what he was capable of, but they were also in a time rush if Yuri didn't get the plan.

"(Exhale) I'm so sorry, my king…but I hate you too much to show you the SLIGHTEST OF RESPECT!" Brianna said.

Sanji got mad but was followed by a blow from Tedashii.

PUNCH!!

CRASH!!

They then ran towards Suzuki, who warped them through the metal gate. The gatekeepers tried to follow them, but Sasha was one step ahead.

CRYSTAL PROWESS: STYLUS FLOOR!!

She left the floor behind them covered in sharp crystals and then escaped. Sanji got up and then looked at Tedashii.

"What's the meaning of this, you idiot?!!"

Tedashii just took his stance and charged up spiritas.

HAKURAA!!

BWOOSH!!

Tedashii used his prowess. His body was covered in blue spiritas, and his eyes were set on Sanji.

"I'm sorry, KING. But your reign ends with me!"

He leaped forward and went for another strike. Sanji blocked it and tried to kick him.

BLOCK!!

Suzuki came to catch his leg, and then Tedashii ran for a kick to Sanji's face.

KICK!!

Sanji was sent to the gate, and then he was knocked out. They all looked back, but Lady was already gone.

"Alright, listen, you two. Su, I need you to be with Konami at all times. I can't believe I'm saying this, but…" Tedashii clenched his fists. "I need you to kill every single one of the people."

Suzuki agreed, but Konami was against it.

"What?! Kill everyone here?!"

Tedashii walked towards the guards, holding up their weapons out of fear. He summoned Hiragana and killed them both.

SLASH!! SLASH!!

"Aaaaaahh!!" Konami scram.

But then their bodies turned into marionettes. Konami and Suzuki came closer.

"T-They are…fake?" Konami asked.

"Yes. Eventually, that is what old man Haruki told us. Those who aren't real are puppets created to make this dream more realistic."

Sanji began to wake up, so Tedashii kicked him to another wall. "GO! We don't have much time! I'll take care of Sanji, and you guys take out everyone else!"

So Suzuki and Konami ran for the main building.

Sasha and Brianna were taking a break halfway. Their energy was almost at its limit after running the whole time.

"Do you think they followed us?" Brianna asked.

"Not a clue. But if we made it this far, we can assume we're safe." Sasha responded.

They both kept walking on to Punk Knock.

"Hey, Brianna, was it?"

"Yes?"

"Sorry if I am asking a personal question, but what relationship do you have with Tedashii?" Sasha asked.

Brianna stopped and began to blush.

"W-WHAT??!! I have nothing with him! HE IS…he is my friend…" She looked down at the ground. "Why the sudden question?"

Sasha scuffed and kept walking.

"Wait, do you like him too?"

"TOO?! SO YOU DO LIKE HIM!!" Sasha yelled with a frown on her face.

Brianna smiled and began to hold her cheeks.

"Not love. I like him ONLY A LITTLE! He was so kind to me when we first met. That is why I hope he will win against that poser!"

Tedashii went right through two of the buildings and tried to catch his breath. Sanji sent him to the battle arena.

"(Cough! Cough!) Damn, that one got me."

Sanji appeared from above, with his body already synced with Rotanoria.

"You have no chance against me. Just give up your plan and let me be!"

Tedashii got up and took his sword back. He then charged in to fight on.

"Try and stop me, YOU FOOL!"

SWISH!! CLANG!! WHOOSH!!

Their swords clashed, and for every parry, another Pillar was destroyed. Tedashii tried to focus on both sides of Rotanoria, but then Sanji used the chance to kick him in the chest.

"(GWAH!!)"

Tedashii swung his sword and hit Rotanoria out of his possession. Sanji was now at a disadvantage since Tedashii was the better bare fighter.

"Here goes!"

Tedashii took his stance and then ran to Sanji. He struck him on his chest, then punched him twice. Then, he grabbed Sanji by his hair and pulled him down to his knee.

STRIKE!!

A bicycle kick to his face followed him.

KICK!!

And he was finished off with his finisher.

HAKURAA: BLUE ROSE FIST!

SLAM!!

Tedashii left his hand to sink into Sanji's stomach. And quickly ran forward.

"HAAAAAAH!!!!"

CRASH!!

Sanji was thrown right through the golden gate, and then Tedashii went on to find Lady.

Meanwhile, Suzuki held nothing back when he executed almost half of the population. The fire burned the castle, blood was spilled everywhere, and puppets laid down like rocks on a mountain. Konami could not bear the scenery, for she had not even killed one person yet.

"Su, a-are you…alright?" Konami asked.

Suzuki nodded his head, then decapitated another person. Suddenly, three guards came to fight him, and two more were chasing after Konami. She had no choice but to run away, separating her from Suzuki.

"HELP!!" Konami yelled but then fell to one of the corners.

The guards kept coming closer, with their weapons in front of them.

"No! Please!!" She crawled to the pillar.

SLAM!!

The guards were instantly taken out.

"Are you alright, Princess Konami?" Someone asked her.

Konami slowly looked up and began to panic. The savior of her life…was none other than their number one target.

"I don't think we have met. My name is Lady Williams, and you better follow me if you don't want to get killed~."
