Chapter 11

I couldn't sleep so i got up and made my way to Gryffindor common room i heard the three talking about the encounter earlier.

"Firenze and Kaitlyn saved me, but they shouldn't have done so... Bane was furious... he was talking about interfering with what the planets say is going to happen... They must show that Voldemort's coming back... Bane thinks Firenze should have let Voldemort kill me... I suppose that's written in the stars as well."

"Will you stop saying the name! and why would Kaitlyn save you isn't she a Slytherin and Draco's girlfriend?" Ron hissed.

"So all I've got to wait for now is Snape to steal the Stone," Harry went on feverishly, "then Voldemort will be able to come and finish me off... Well, I suppose Bane'll be happy."

Hermione looked very frightened, but she had a word of comfort.

"Harry, everyone says Dumbledore's the only one You-Know-Who was ever afraid of with Dumbledore around, You-Know-Who won't touch you." i say walking to them.

They looked at me in shock.

"How did you get in?!" they all said in the same time.

"Shhh i have my ways plus my godfather doesn't want the stone he's just trying to protect it you'll know when you get there" i told them.

"What do you mean?" harry asked.

"One of the teachers wants it thats all i can tell" i told them.

"How can we be sure?" Harmonie asked.

I grab harmonie's hand and drag her to the corner of the room gave her a time tuner.

"I want to to forward it till it can't turn it anymore at the end you'll see me saying something but you can't tell anyone about it mark the word turn it till it can't turn anymore" i told her and she nodded.

She turned the pendant and i waited for her after 5 minutes she came back and looked at me.

"So you know what's gonna happen?" she whispered.

I nodded.

"So if i said some offending words im sorry now that you know i want you to keep this in both of us" i told her.

"Who gave you this time turner?" she asked.

"Ms. Mcgonagall" i smiled at her.

"What are you two talking about there?" Ron asked

"Oh nothing ron by the way Kaitlyn is my friend we met at the train on our first day in hogwarts she's nice" harmonie said.

"I better get going you three take a rest bye" i said walking out of the common room of Gryffindor i saw Ms. Mcgonagall at the stairs staring at me i gave her a nod and she smiled at me i made my way back to the Slytherin common room and lays on my bed and sleep away.

Days have passed then the practical exam came at our very last exam was History of Magic. One hour of answering questions about batty old wizards who'd invented selfstirring cauldrons and they'd be free, free for a whole wonderful week until their exam results came out.

"If i didn't pass this exam I'll go crazy" i heard Chloe.

I laughed at her.

"well good luck then" i told her.

"anyway lia wanna take a walk?" i heard draco.

"no I don't wanna get in trouble again" i laughed"just kidding lets go"

We both went to take a walk and admiring the peacefulness we've sit at the grass and just stared.

"what are you gonna do this summer?" i asked him.

"probably stay at the manor I'll go to your manor if i have time" he said.

"you better i don't wanna get bored there" i told him.

He laughed "lets go inside" he said.

"you go i just wanna be alone for a while" i told him.

"you sure?" he asked.

"yes" i told him and smiles.

He walks away and i went back to the castle i saw harry, harmonie and ron runs to Ms. Mcgonagall's room i waited outside.

"What are you three doing inside?"

It was Professor McGonagall, carrying a large pile of books.

"We want to see Professor Dumbledore," said Hermione, rather bravely, Harry and Ron thought.

"See Professor Dumbledore?" Professor McGonagall repeated, as though this was a very fishy thing to want to do. "Why?"

Harry swallowed -- now what?

"It's sort of secret," he said, but he wished at once he hadn't, because Professor McGonagall's nostrils flared.

"Professor Dumbledore left ten minutes ago," she said coldly. "He received an urgent owl from the Ministry of Magic and flew off for London at once."

"He's gone ?" said Harry frantically. "Now?"

"Professor Dumbledore is a very great wizard, Potter, he has many demands on his time--"

"But this is important."

"Something you have to say is more important than the Ministry of Magic, Potter?"

"Look," said Harry, throwing caution to the winds, "Professor -- it's about the Sorcerer's Stone--"

Whatever Professor McGonagall had expected, it wasn't that. The books she was carrying tumbled out of her arms, but she didn't pick them up.

"How do you know -- ?" she spluttered.

"Professor, I think -- I know -- that Sn -- that someone's going to try and steal the Stone. I've got to talk to Professor Dumbledore."

She eyed him with a mixture of shock and suspicion.

"Professor Dumbledore will be back tomorrow," she said finally. I don't know how you found out about the Stone, but rest assured, no one can possibly steal it, it's too well protected."

"But Professor--"

"Potter, I know what I'm talking about," she said shortly. She bent down and gathered up the fallen books. I suggest you all go back outside and enjoy the sunshine."

But they didn't.

"It's tonight," said Harry, once he was sure Professor McGonagall was out of earshot. "Snape's going through the trapdoor tonight. He's found out everything he needs, and now he's got Dumbledore out of the way. He sent that note, I bet the Ministry of Magic will get a real shock when Dumbledore turns up."

"But what can we--"

Hermione gasped. Harry and Ron wheeled round.

Snape was standing there.

"Good afternoon," he said smoothly.

They stared at him.

"You shouldn't be inside on a day like this," he said, with an odd, twisted smile.

"We were -- " Harry began, without any idea what he was going to say.

"You want to be more careful," said Snape. "Hanging around like this, people will think you're up to something. And Gryffindor really can't afford to lose any more points, can it? what about you miss Kaitlyn anything wrong?" he said looking at me.

"Oh uhm nothing im really looking for you but if you're busy I'll just go to your office later" i said.

"I'll be in the common room of Slytherin tonight to say some things then after that we can talk" he said.

I nodded then. he left.

"you three listen to me tonight go to the third floor then you'll fall to devil snare just relax then you'll fall again then there's a way with fire flies then fire fly with broken wing is the key then you have to play chess and in that door is the sorcerers stone good luck" i told them.

"thanks Kaitlyn" says harmonie.

"no problem now leave draco's coming this way" i said hurriedly and the three go away as i saw draco and his friends going away.

"did they disturb you lia" asked draco.

"no i actually i just asked if we have an assignment on professor mcgonagall's class" i told him.

He nodded.

"so your friends with harry and his friends?" he asked.

"Just harmonie and the two?no just classmates things" i told him and he nodded.

After class I can't find my friends i made my way to the common room went to my room, i put my books on my desk. I sit on the window chair and read some book about history of magic hours have pass someone knocks on my door.

"Come in" i said closing the book im reading.

"What are you gonna tell me lyn?" Said professor snape. Oh shoot I forgot.

"Uh- i- uhm professor Quirinus Quirrell is at the 3rd floor he's gonna get the stone, potter and his friends are on their way please tell professor Dumbledore." I told him.

He looked at me in shocked and nodded and leaves my room fast.

Draco went to my room. "Are you ok? What happen to professor?" He asked.

"Nothing i just uh told him i miss my grandma" i told him.

"Alright go to sleep now" he said and went out of my room.

I went to lay on my bed and tried to sleep after many hours of cant sleep I finally got to sleep. The next day as im eating breakfast chloe sit besides me.

"Guys i heard potter is at the hospital wing" says Chloe.

Draco,crabbe,goyle,pansy and blaise laughed. I just looked at chloe draco give me a weird look.

"Why what happen?" I asked her.

"I don't know i just heard and Dumbledore went there earlier" says chloe.

"Guess he deserves it" i said while eating bread and reading book.

They just laughed at me.

"Lyn we're going now to the common room to pack our things since we're leaving tomorrow" i heard pansy.

"I've already packed mine last night" i told them. Of course thats a lie.

"You really are excited to go home huh?" Draco asked.

"Of course i miss my grandma" i told him.

They nodded. "If you need us we're just at the common room." Says draco.

I nodded and watch them leave when they're out of my site i got up and made my way to the hospital wing. I saw Dumbledore talking to harry after Dumbledore finished talking to him he made his way out but he saw me.

"Thank you for informing snape. So you really know whats gonna happen" he said.

I nodded.

"Thank you again Miss Simmons." He smiled.

I nodded and went to Harry.

"You ok?" I asked him.

"Yea thank you" he said.

"No problem get well soon." I told him and leaves.

I went back to the common room to pack my things after packing i went to the living room. 

"Lia lets meet at the diagon alley to buy some books for 2nd year." Says draco.

"Sure sure" i said and sits besides him.

"Where are you guys going this summer crabbe,goyle?" Asked by draco.

"My family is going to italy probably spend the day there " says crabbe.

"Just at the house" says goyle while eating muffin.

"You pansy, chloe?" I asked.

"Malfoy manor" says chloe rolling her eyes.

Draco did the same.

"My parents and i are having a trip to france" says pansy.

"Lets just write to each other." Says Chloe.

We all nodded. Its the last dinner feast and the awarding of the house cup. We all went to the great hall and sits on our chairs.
