Rukia Saruto

I patted all the pouches on my body, making sure I had what I needed.

Following this Rukia Saruto into the Pleasure District had been easy, as most people are more focused on... other things when they make their way here.

I looked around, before finding a spot to wait and watch for Rukia to exit the Garden Red.

It really was a coincidence, her liking that specific spot. Garden Red was one of the few female only brothels in the Pleasure District. It also happened to be where I lost my virginity...

I was waiting, hoping that she would finish quickly. The cloying scent of perfumes, the sweet smell of wine, and the heavy stench of sex was slowly arousing me, and hearing the moans from all around...

After I had killed this woman, I was coming back here. I needed a release, something to take the edge off.

So, I waited. Lounging on the roof of a brothel, I watched the only entrance of the Garden Red, at least the only one available to the public.

While I waited, I went over Rukia's routine, something she had been doing frequently for the last year or so.

She would visit the Pleasure District late at night, sneaking out from the house the Kisshoten Familia resided in. After enjoying her time here, she would make her way to the Northern Shinto Shrine, where she would pray, before making it back home.

I couldn't make a move inside the Pleasure District, as I certainly didn't want to provoke the Ishtar Familia. This was their land, their territory. Anything that went wrong here, be it someone getting to drunk, someone attempting to force themselves on someone, or what I was doing, which was looking to kill someone, was something the Ishtar Familia cracked down on.

Even though they were a Familia of prostitutes and desire, they ruled this area with an iron fist. Nothing happens here without them knowing.

Even now I could sense someone watching me, ready to move if I did something.

That was why, even though I was going to kill Rukia, I had to wait. While it would be easy to try and pay off a prostitute in the Garden Red and kill Rukia there, it wouldn't work.

So, I had to wait, slowly feeling a heat wash over my body.

I don't know how long I waited. I watched the entrance intently, never losing focus. My patience was something I had managed to hone over the years, and I was proud of it.

Gritting my teeth, I had to stop myself from sliding a hand downwards. The only problem I had with being in the Pleasure District was the braziers they had lit. Most people thought they were just that, normal braziers. However, the Ishtar Familia had an Aphrodisiac powder burning at all times, meant to guarantee customers would either enter somewhere to relieve themselves, or ask for extensions.

Growling, I bit the inside of my cheek, feeling a small trickle of blood. The iron tang helped calm my mind, and it was then that I watched a woman with long white hair exit the Garden Red with a small smile on her lips. Grinning, I kept my eyes glued to her, following behind her.

She was making her way towards the exit, stopping a few times to either talk to an acquaintance or ask questions about certain establishments.

Dropping down to the street, I stayed a distance behind her, exciting the bustling Pleasure District.

Reaching into my pouch, I palmed a small dagger, holding it so that if she turned, she wouldn't be able to see it.

The distance between the Pleasure District and the Northern shrine was great; they were on opposite sides of the city. That meant that I had to follow her for a long time, as the center of the city was closely monitored by the Ganesha Familia.

Even though it was night, the main roads were still crowded, and due to both the darkness and my common hair color, I didn't have to worry about her spotting me to easily. After all, this wasn't my first time doing something like this, nor was it my first kill. I kept my emotions in check, staying calm the entire time.

Passing Babel, I smiled slightly. I only had a little more to go...

The best place to get the job done was a small street that Rukia had to take to reach the Northern Shrine. It was off the main road, and all the stores around it were closed. People didn't go up that way this late in the night, since there were few houses and open stores. And this side road...

Slinking into an alley, I quickly climbed to the roof. Seeing the white hair continue walking at the same pace, I smirked. Silently making my way from roof to roof, I saw the side road coming up.

Tightening my hand on the dagger, I continued stalking Rukia, making sure to stay somewhat behind her.

When she turned into the alley, I neared the edge of the roof, looking down. She was still walking, and after observing her pace and tension, I smiled again. Moving forwards, I dropped down from the roof, landing behind her.

Hearing something, she turned, confused.

Slashing the dagger towards her throat, I smiled widely when she blocked it with her arm.

Feeling the blade hit bone, I let the dagger go, throwing a punch towards her chest.

She had grunted in pain, but like most adventurers, she managed to fight past the pain. Swaying towards the side, she avoided the punch, only to stumble as I sent a sweeping kick towards the back of her legs.

She tried to dodge, but feeling my strong kick hit her, she cried out. Hearing a slight crunch, I smiled again.

She had collapsed onto the ground, and was looking up at me, hatred in her eyes.

"Who the hell-"

Before she could finish, I grabbed the dagger from her arm, twisting it as I pulled it out.

She screamed, and I quickly sent the blade slashing towards her throat.

A long, deep gash appeared, and a spray of blood shot forwards.

Moving to the side, I watched in interest as she clutched her throat, attempting to staunch the bleeding. Moving behind her, I thrust the dagger into her back, piercing her heart. Hearing her gurgling, I smiled widely.

Kicking her in the back, I watched as a large puddle of blood slowly formed around her.

Her snow white hair was drenched in blood, and the normally white kimono was dyed red. Taking the dagger, I turned towards the wall, quickly carving a few symbols. making sure the dagger and myself were clean, I climbed the roof, before making my way towards home.

This was something I made sure to keep on top of; all the active serial killers in the city, and any idiotic assassins who utilized marks on their kills. Whenever I had to kill someone who hadn't provoked me, and was outside the dungeon, I made sure to leave those marks to help throw Ganesha Familia off my trail. There were all kinds of skills in this world, but none were foolproof. They could track intent, they could track the blood itself, and a few others.

That was why I had learned to keep myself in control. Letting yourself fall into strong emotions left a trace.

The blood tracker was something I would have done anyways. Who would want blood on your armor, weapons, or person?

As I rushed through the moonlit city, I had a wide grin on my face. The feeling from earlier had returned, and with a vengeance. I could feel my insides clench, and my body was flushed.

Returning home, I made my way into the bath, submerging myself in cold water. I knew that tomorrow would be the day I could finally unleash my desires. My smile widened, and if someone had been in the room with me, they would have shivered at how glacial my eyes were.

I... Will be honest, I don't particularly know if this was good.

I had half the chapter written early today, but then I had a bunch of stuff to do, and am just now able to finish it. So, if it seems all over the place...

Anyways, lemon is next, and I wanted to say this: This book will be pure Yuri. No Futa. I want one of my books to actually be Yuri, not Woman X Futa...

My mind is fried...
