" Monica Williams I see that you're sleeping again and still slacking in my class."

"Sorry sir, I'll make sure that it's the first thing I do when I get home today."

"You've been saying that for the past month and a half. I'm tired of this, get up we're going to the principal's office!"

"And I meant it."

"You didn't mean anything! YOU'RE STILL NOT DOING YOUR WORK...You know what Williams. I'm not going to stand here and argue with you. You're wasting my time and the rest of the learner's time who actually want to study! Grab your bag and follow me to the principals office."

I could feel the lump on my throat growing gradually as I begged to stay. My voice cracking with each word that escapes my mouth.

Fuck. I have to be strong. I can't be crying over this like a damn child. Get over yourself Monica.
