Moving in

Before Hayen could realise, he was already in front of the door of his new apartment. He was already amazed by the style and design of the building and he loved the lifts in the building. He felt like being in a spaceship while going 50 floors up.

„Mr. Kain, here is your key card. The door lock is automatic, as soon as your fingerprint is registered, you won't need the key card. You can also put a pin combination if you prefer." The man from the management accompanied him and showed him the facilities of the building before bringing Hayen to the new apartment.

„Thank you very much!" Hayen said happily and he was already wanting to rush into the apartment to see how it was from inside.

Then the man opened the door and led Hayen in and began to say: „The apartment is fully furnished, the bedrooms have all different configurations. There is one master bedroom, two children bedrooms and one bedroom for visitors or whatever you like. The kitchen and bathrooms have the latest electronic appliances and they are made to make you feel comfortable. Living room and eating room have everything you need. But if you want to change anything, please tell me, we will do our best for the best price."

The man showed him everything in the apartment and also taught him how everything worked. He was very attentive to details, which made Hayen very satisfied.

There was only one thing that Hayen didn't like: there was no study room or working room. For him, who was planning to make his living from the ability to read books from an internet page, he had to have a special room for it.

„I would like to transform one of the rooms into a study room, is that possible?" Hayen asked.

„Of course, tell me how you want to have it and I can send people tomorrow to make it. We have professionals that can do the work of one week in one day and we can assure you the quality of it." The man replied to Hayen and took and notebook and a pen.

„I want the office to be simple, but it has to have the best computer in the world if possible. I would also like to have many monitors and a professional printer. If possible, I would like to increase the security of the room by replacing the door with a security door and a safe." Hayen began to say what he wanted and as he spoke the more the man's mouth opened.

But it was normal, Hayen didn't know what type of information he would come across while browsing through the pages. He has to be prepared for any situation and the information has to be stored properly. So, he decided to put everything in this room, so that he can rest peacefully at night.

„Alright, this is quite a big project, but I will do my best. I think in two days, I will come with the team and install everything. I will call you by then." The man said after thinking for a moment and then asked: „Do you want the bill to be sent to you digitally or by mail?"

„Digitally is fine, thank you again!" Hayen thanked the man and said goodbye.

After that, Hayen looked outside the windows and saw that the sky was already turning dark and that he was hungry. But he waited for a moment more, because he loved the skyline of the city and the beautiful looks he had from high in the sky. He never thought that a window view could be so beautiful, but now he knew it and was happy about it.

„Life is short, I have to enjoy it."

Then he left the apartment and went to one of the many restaurants in the building. But when he left the apartment, the door across from him opened too and a woman walked out.

But no, she wasn't a woman, she was like him, a young adult. But Hayen was surprised by her looks, he never thought that a girl could look so beautiful and pure like she. In short words, he fell in love.

The girl also notices Hayen and was for a short moment surprised, because it was the first time seeing him here, so she was curious and asked him: „Hello, are you the new neighbour?"

Hayen, who was daydreaming, woke up and replied: „Yes, I moved in today."

„Nice to meet you!" The girl said with a smile and then said: „I am Sophia and I live across from you."

„I am Hayen, nice to meet you too!" Hayen replied quickly.

The girl noticed that Hayen was having a difficult time starting a conversation, so she started a conversation to ease things: „You look as old as I am, I am 18 years old and will start college after summer vacation and you?"

„We are the same age, but I already dropped my studies." Hayen replied.

„Really? Why? Are you bad at school?" The girl was truly surprised after hearing that he wasn't going to college. All the kids her age she knew were going to college, their grades varied from bad to good, but for those who had money it wasn't a problem.

„No, I have a medical condition and therefore I am unable to attend college. But it isn't a big deal, I am planning to start a business." Hayen replied a little bit ashamed.

While conversing, they continued walking and both took the lift. Because Hayen was going to eat and she had a few things to do, they said goodbye and left.
